Remittance Advice
We need the ability to send the supplier a remittance advice when payment has been made please? Thank you
Hi there.
We now have the option to send out remittance notification in Zoho Books. You can send a notification to inform the vendors once the payments have been made.
To send out the email, please go to Payments Made → Click on the email icon.
You can customise the contents of the mail notification in Settings > Email Templates > Payment Made Notification.

So we have to pay for Zoho Books as well as Zoho CRM to have Remittance Advice feature? This doesn't make sense...

yes this is a very important feature. at least add the supplier address so we can send the remittance in a window envelope with the cheque and not having to write the address by hand again

This feature, has been promised to me at least a year ago by the ZoHo team and it is yet to be implemented! It would be extremely useful and it is a standard feature for most accounting software that I've ever used in the past.
It is also very easy to implement since we already have that feature on payments made to customers.
Zoho time to get your act together!
