Work flow automation Estimate to Sales Order
When a customer accepts an estimate the next step should be available as an automated work flow. ie: Upon accepted estimate create an open sales order. This should happen if the client self accepts the estimate via the portal or if the Zoho user accepts the estimate for the client.
Every Estimate needs to be converted manually to Sales Order. Then every Sales Order needs to be converted manually to Purchase Order. It sucks to end up with more labor hours just do the manual conversion twice for each and every accepted estimate. Given so many customizability of Zoho apps, I could understand why Zoho Books won't include this automation ability.

Great suggestion, but we provide our clients with products that have options. We need the client to be able to select the required items to be purchased that are detailed on the estimate. Client needs to be able to check a box for the required options. This has been suggested in a previous request. That way, only the selected items are transferred to a sales order.
