  1. Stuck in the Gaming Services loop again!

    Issue: Starting MSFS opens MS Store which prompts to install Gaming Services on my devices. Trying that solves nothing
    That update is "Incompatible" with my Windows installation. It was not even available in Windows Settings - I had to search for it online. Note that the end of that last article above mentions lost taskbar icons. I lost mine last night. Whether there's a connection, I've no idea but it seems a big coincidence. I did try a (failed) System Restore and reverted to the current settings. Ended up manually adding my icons back.
    Guess what? Didn't work!

  2. automatically stop reminders being sent for invoices with a Paid status.

    We are trying to limit the amount of reminder emails our customers receive and it seems silly that the automation for payment reminders doesn't stop once an invoice is paid. Could you redevelop the automation to be able to read the status of an invoice just before the reminder is sent? If the status is PAID when the reminder is about to be sent, we'd like Zoho to automatically turn off any reminders for that invoice.

  7. Multiple contact names placeholders for invoice reminder email template

    Books allows me to select multiple contacts for an invoice at the bottom of the Edit Invoice page, but for the reminder email template, I can only add a placeholder for the first name of one customer. For example, I can have the reminder sent to multiple emails, but can only say "Dear %FirstName%..." I would like to say "Dear %FirstNameContact1%, %FirstNameContact2%, %FirstNameContact3%, etc"

  12. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT

    WE HAVE ACTIVATED INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT IN OUR RAZORPAY ACCOUNT. HOWEVER THE ZOHO INVOICES FOR USD INVOICES IS NOT SUGGESTING A PAYMENT LINK.
    WE HAVE INTEGRATED WITH RAZORPAY AND IT WORLS WELL FOR DOMESTIC INVOICES.

  13. provide whatsapp details about invoice amount , payment reminder and payment received details also

    need invoice details(date - amount + some msg) to be sent to customers via whatsapp update... some local and branded software also have that options but zoho dont have that option. if u enable or create this means it will be more helpful for zoho users and also we save more papers and inks... kindly implement WhatsApp update to customer and vendor as fast as possible.

  15. Integration with mercury bank

    Integrate with digital banks like Mercury in the US, xero and quickbooks already do it, I if I can't integrate with mercury I will have to choose one of them unfortunetly

  20. Add Billed Quantity to Purchase Order

    Please add a column to purchase orders to show how many have been billed. A use case would be ordering 4 of a product, only 2 arrives and should be paid. The accounting team pays for 2. It would be beneficial to show that there are 2 unbilled items remaining for that line on the Purchase Order.
