  10. Add Post Code Lookup + Address Fill

    Other vendors provide automatic address fill by postcode. For Example Microsoft use https://getaddress.io/ for NAV and Business Central. This would be a relatively simple yet excellent addition to make and would save a lot of time having to type out addresses.

  11. INVENTORY MOVEMENT REPORT BASED IN PR & PACKAGE

    It is best to have individual inventory movement report based on the PR, packages & sales returns. (Example - if you view a item in the inventory valuation report it will show the accounting stock movement based on the invoices, bills and credit notes. Same report based on the PR, Package & Sales returns as well.)

  12. Create a RETAINER INVOICE that I can apply billable hours towards after it's paid

    I would like to create a Proforma Retainer Invoice and send it out for payment. I would then like to apply my billable hours for that project against that invoice until it reaches $0 - or if the billable hours goes beyond it will ask me to save the extra time as billable (or ask me to create a 2nd invoice.) Anyone using retainer for services - this is the missing piece in Zoho. Today; I have paid invoices and billable hours, but can not match them up.

  15. MTD VAT Groups - Uploading Adjustments so not manual

    In the UK we can have VAT groups where several companies share the same VAT number and one company is nominated to collect the VAT figures and submit a combined return.

    When MTD was implemented in Oct 2019 there was an allowance for VAT groups that meant although all the companies had to keep electronic records and the return had to be electronically submitted the calculation for combining the returns could still be manual.

    From April 2020 this calculation to combine the return must be automated i.e. no manual typing and no copy and pasting.

  16. Printing on a Existing Pre-Printed Invoice from the portal. It should be like just a fill in the blanks

    I request team to give an feature to print the required information only (i.e. Customer Details, Product and sales details only) on a Physical Pre-Printed Invoice Paper so that invoice copy looks for better.

  18. Create project with recurring invoice and recurring bills

    For our marketing sales, most projects are fixed monthly rate with fixed monthly expenses. I would like to make a project that can send recurring invoice for fixed amount and create recurring bills for fixed amounts

  20. Write checks outside of bill pay. This a pretty annoying over site. Very important for tracking
