    Sometimes, we need to give specific pricing as per the Category or Brand. This feature is not available at the moment.

    Would like to have a "MANUAL TRIGGER" for scanning duplicate transactions in Bank Transactions page. Moreover an additional "Merge Duplicate transactions manually" options would be much helpful - similar to merge duplicate google contacts option provided by google. Duplicates not identified by Zoho.

  7. Turn off keyboard shortcuts or reassign them.

    If I try to capitalize something while writing up an expense I lose the entire expense I have been working on, which can be extremely frustrating, particularly for the format of our accounting.

  10. Add account codes to Bank Import Templates to auto-reconcile on import

    My company uses Xero and one of the most helpful tools it has, is when doing the bank recon, it allows transactions to auto-reconcile on import to the correct account provided the account codes are listed.
    Please can this be implemented. I can also provide screenshots if necessary

  12. Option of to give cash discount on entire invoice

    Apart from the line discount, Many customers i have to give CD for advance payments. Presently have to calculate manually if different line discounts are there. Additional layer of discount on total invoice should be introduced

  14. Minimum Retainer Balance

    I use what is called an "evergreen clause" in my service agreements.

    This requires that my client maintain a minimum balance in a retainer account to be billed against each month.
    Example #1:

    1) Client signs agreement and pays $2,500 as a retainer.

    2) At the end of the first month I issue an invoice of $1,200 for services provided.

    3) That invoice will be paid by drawing $1,200 from the $2,500 retainer invoice.

    4) The client's retainer balance is now below the $2,500 minimum requirement, so . . .

  17. Entry Number field on import VAT template should not be set as 'required'. We are not sent import docs when only postponed VAT involved.

    When only import VAT is calculated, and our VAT registration means VAT is postponed, our carrier does not supply import documents, so I don't have an 'Entry Number'. It would be helpful to be able to turn off the 'mandatory' classification for the 'Entry Number' field in the import VAT form. I can't find the form in templates to do it myself.
