While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. Add sequential numbering

    We should have sequential numbering for both payment receipts & bills, but especially for payment receipts, as they should be tracked for accounting purposes.

  3. Itegration of PayPal Standard & Paypal Business UK

    Hi All,
    It would be great if you could integreat - PayPal Standard & Paypal Business UK, as a UK user of ZoHo books we are resticted in use many of the features that zoho US offers and I feel this is very unfair!

  4. Exporting records matching a criteria

    Exporting records matching a criteria

    Pls add a feature to export only records that match a certain selected criteria. Right now have to export all records and then filter wanted records , remove unwanted record which is quite cumbersome and also leave a possibility of error

  5. Filter by User in Time Tracking

    When i go into the Timesheet module and look at all time sheets, either in the list view or calendar view, as an admin I see everyone's time.

    But needing to also track time myself - I have no way to just see my own time. There is no filter by user.

    So whenever I am catching up on my time tracking entries - I have to run a timesheet detail report for myself and then bounce back and forth between two views to make sure I am not double entering time or missing an entry.

    Request you to enable an option to staff for marking the task as complete and a mail should go to the admin for confirmation of the same

  10. Ad hoc entry of Time and Charges

    Service based businesses do not always use projects. We use one-off service activities for clients. I need to be able to enter as such:

    ABC Company 1 hr $95/hr Remove virus from computer
    ABC Company 1 $3/ea Sticky that says "Don't click on virus"

    It is ludicrous to think we have to make a Project AND a Task for every time entry.

  13. Billable Bank Charges

    It will be perfect if you add the (Billable) checkbox beside the Bank Charges field when an invoice is paid (either through the Invoice itself, or by Invoice Payment inside the Contacts and any other possible place).

    I found this Billable checkbox inside the Expense which is very good, but having it beside the Bank Charges will make things easier for us.

    For our business, we do put the bank charges on the customers, so if they issue the payment with putting the charges on us, this fees will be added to their next invoice.

  14. Seperate unit column in invoice

    Unit column to separate in invoice as if the invoice has inventory item and non inventory item , then unit appears for inventory item and for non inventory same needs to be mentioned in the item description. consistency in the invoice template is diluted

  15. Invoice templates : Hide organisation logo only on print (keep on PDFs)

    We print invoices on branded papers. Is it possible to keep the logo when outputting to PDF and hide it when sending to the printer ?

  16. Please integrate Virtual Card Services

    Please integrate Virtual Card Services - www.vcs.co.za with Zoho Books as our clients using the portal are unable to pay us with credit cards and we cant use this to pay this invoice online now with the online payment options. We cant use Braintree , 2Checkout as when ZAR is converted to USD then back to ZAR; when they pay us then we loose a lot with the Forex conversion. Also Paypal doesnt support ZAR.

  20. Connection between administrator and more condominium (clients)

    We have clients that are condominiums and they have an administrator, so we would like to have a connection so we'll can filter a lot of things about the administrator: the lists of condominium connect with him, the estimates, the invoices, etc...
