  1. Edit option for"item "s important to mange inventory.

    after saving the item specification we are not able to edit the item.I any manual error happened then we are not able to use the same specification and not able to manage the inventory as well. please discuss and do the needful... Sharon-7904673323

  2. integrate Venmo [a service of PayPal] to accept payment without fees in the US

    consider just adding PayPal bank transfers instead of just credit card payments in the meantime.

  3. There should separate column for total net amount for particular item no.

    e.g. item no. 1 has 4no. of camera @2012.72 CGST9% 144.16, SGST 9% 1449.16 Amount 8050.88 BUT There is one thing is missing Total amount with GST of that particular item. So my suggestion is to add one column for net amount for that particular item, Thanks

  4. Paying multiple expenses reports in one go

    We should be able to pay multiple employee expense reports in one go, currently we can only chose one at a time. It should be similar to paying multiple vendor bills in one transfer... come on guys, I can't believe that I am requesting this simple feature!

  7. Add the ability to change the theme colour depending on which Organisation you are in

    Currently in the mobile app you can select a theme, which changes the main colour of the app. It would be really handy to be able to have a theme per organisation, so that you can visually see which organisation you are currently in.

  8. Export of active items only.

    We would like an option of choosing to export only active items in inventory. before downloading, you could have an "ignore inactive items" button.

  9. Sales should have Sales type Drop down so that we can differentiate our sales and generate the reports

    We have Digital Sales and Non digital sales , no options to differentiate sales type in zoho which is very basic feature , unable to generate the report, every time we have to download and work on excel is no use having system, please address this add sales type option.

    Bahrain is Introducing VAT starting from October 2018. Do you have any plan to introduce a VAT compliant version of zohobooks for kingdom of bahrain?

  13. invoice to challan

    I have been facing 2 issues -
    1. When i convert my estimate to invoice the Terms & Conditions changes to the t&cs of last invoice. I would want that the terms and conditions in the invoice should remain same as in the estimates.

    1. We've the create challan's every time a material is delivered, but there is no option to convert and invoice into a challan which becomes a big hassle. Would love to have these features soon on Zoho.

    In Payments - Amount withheld - should show category of withheld whether it is advance Tax, Employee advance, Input Tax credit, input igst, input cgst etc

  16. Cash account or Bank account should be default in "payment through" option at expense booking

    please make as default petty cash/Current account as payment through while expense book .. and very bad thing is that in payment through option all another unwanted ledger name also visible .. there should be either cash account or bank account ..i am not undersanding why all chat of accounts visible there ?
