  1. Conection to SWIFT Alliance

    Would be create if we could connect Zoho Books direct with SWIFT, espcialy for larger cooperation it s important.

  2. shortcut to go directly to page in bank

    if i have total 10 pages; instead of next button, there should be numbering of pages, so that we can go directly to the page we want to refer.

  4. I would like

    I would to suggest that the customer statement or even vendor statement to show ageing analysis at the end of the statement. Its difficult to collect outstanding amounts if customers cant see the amounts which are 60,90 and 120 plus over due.

    Currently the customer show total amount and from that amount you need to determine which is 90 days plus over due.

  6. Why ZOHO can add multi-ccy expenses but can not pay multi-ccy bills to vendors?

    I just upgrade to standard version however I found that I can only use single currency to manage vendors and corresponding bills?!

    why ZOHO books can add multi-ccy expenses but can not pay multi-ccy bills to vendors?

  8. Add a customer or a vendor from the Bank Overview when you are entering transactions

    Add, delete or rename Customers and Vendors on the fly from the Bank Overview.

    In fact from anywhere. You never want to have to leave one screen to go back so you can add or delete or amend another related transaction base.

  10. Bank transfer to another account should include all accounts

    When recociling the bank account I would like the option to be able to pick any ledger account, or at least any balance sheet account. If I have liabilities accrued and a standing order paying them monthly I want to be able to post directly to it.

  12. Ability to Choose an Accounts Payable Person who is different thant the main contact in CRM

    Currently in Books all invoices go to the main contact in the account. That person may not be the right person for invoices to go to. We need the ability to choose another person in that company as the default Accounts Payable person. Currently this is a manual process and we have to remember to check the correct AP person for any accounts that have people in different roles. Please consider this seriously as it is something that should be automatable to prevent user errors...

  13. Under footer, I suggest you have 2 lines of labels. So we can for example, enter "sign of consignor" as well as " sign of consignee"

  14. make liability accounts visible in the banking view, not just chart of accounts

    These are only visible in the chart of accounts and it's unclear how to enter transactions as instructed here....

  15. Need History / Quick Links in Bill Screen just like in SO's , PO's, Invoices

    The Bill Screen needs to show the same "History" section at the top that shows where the bill was created from (such as Purchase Order) with a quick link back to that source. The same feature already exists in all other modules like Estimate, SO, PO, Invoice so it should exist in the Billing to allow the user to seamlessly move through the transaction history. As it is now, we must copy the PO number then go search for it.

  17. ADD "Reference Field" column on Record Payment Page Between Invoice Number and Invoice Amount

    We have customers who use various purchase order numbers, and we would like to be able to quickly identify which invoice is associated to their PO. While we record this information on the invoices, they use their reference numbers (Purchase Order / Sales Order / Reference #) when sending in payments, and it SHOULD be easily found next to the invoice number on the "record payment" page versus having to go back and look for their invoice to find the associated PO to record the payment. Anybody else have this issue?

    Once click duplicate transaction.

    This is useful for entering repeated transactions, such as fixed bank charges, or variable bank charges, subscriptions..etc..

  19. Near quantity add new column box, ctn, weight etc and it should count quantity automatically...

    Please add one more column near item for unit for box, ctn, weight etc and it should count quantity automatically. Eg if I have 24 quantity in 1 ctn, then when i write 1 ctn quantity 24 should come automatically...

  20. Status (seen) of the invoices.

    View the status (Seen) of the invoices without the customer having to register in the customer portal. Like QB. Almost 80% our of the customer don't do the register on customer portal.
