  1. Mobile App Version - Need to add option to enter Customer name and related project for items while creating BILL and project for invoice

    While using mobile app version of zoho books
    We are unable to enter customer name and project for each item while we make BILLS
    We are also unable to add project number while we make invoice for multiple items

    We have this option in the Website online version where we are allowed to enter customer details column while making bills and also we can add additional information while making invoice. we need the same option while we use mobile app version

  5. Create Expenses in offline mode

    Let the user to add expenses in offline mode and then it upload when internet is available like the following:
    1) user can create expenses with offline database in phone app
    2) offline expenses has offline flag
    3) if expense details dose not math zoho requirement like photo size or empty field, expense status can be "pending"

    This can be the start of offline mode for zoho books.

  6. Enable multi zoho account in one mobile app

    I have multi zoho account for different business, and would like to ask if zoho book can have multi zoho account bundle (like in zoho mail) so I no need keep switch on and off for different account

  11. Apply Available Retainer Fee to Invoice From Mobile App

    When you have collected a retainer for an estimate, then convert the estimate to an invoice, you apply the retainer to the converted invoice. You cannot currently do this from the mobile app. Its a core functionality for those using retainer invoices (which is currently automatically created when the customer accepts the estimate).

    Hi,
    It would be a great feature if users can use the app offline and sync it later when they have wifi.

    Salesmen can create new invoices or create new customers on the go without loading time.

  13. Reduce the size of mobile uploaded receipts!! It takes over 30secs per receipt over mobile data

    I make several business purchases a day, uploading each to Zoho through my mobile is very time consuming (20 secs approx over wifi, 30secs over data). Reducing the size of the image uploaded, or background uploading will massively help this - i don't need an 8mega pixel receipt.
    I've used Expensify before and their system is much better.

  16. Show timer in lock screen

    It would be great if once you run the timer in the app, that it shows the timer while in Lock screen on the iPhone. At the moment, you forget if the timer is on or off. need some sort of way to see this quickly or access it while in lock screen.

  17. Notifications timeframe

    I really suggest to implement a functionality to define a specific timeframe for the notification (example 8a.m. 6p.m.) the inventory reorder are coming just after the midnight every day, this is painful.

  19. Add the ability to change the theme colour depending on which Organisation you are in

    Currently in the mobile app you can select a theme, which changes the main colour of the app. It would be really handy to be able to have a theme per organisation, so that you can visually see which organisation you are currently in.

  20. Contact related transactions

    In the iOs app, it's currently not possible to search for contacts and see all related transactions (quotes, sales orders, invoices etc.)...! Please make this possible as soon as possible, what's the point of having a mobile app if this kind of checks can't be done?
