  1. Better integration of product information between crm and books

    When I create a product in Zoho CRM and put a cost in the unit price field when the product info syncs to zoho books my cost from zoho crm becomes the sales rate instead of the purchase rate and the purchase rate is blank- this should sync to the purchase rate.

    Can we have a feature to syncronize price lists automatically? right now my understanding is that you have to export and import manually

    Also, when I mark a product as inactive in Zoho CRM I have to also manually mark it as inactive in Zoho- would like to…

  2. Create and lodge Company Tax Return to Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

    Many small companies prepare their own accounts and use Zoho Books - next step after producing P&L, BS, Cash Flow, BAS (Zoho reports) is to submit Company Tax Return to the Australian Taxation Office. A tax return is relatively easy for small businesses (e.g. assets, liabilities totals and COS/expenses) but you need to either use another accounting system which has SBR (Standard Business Reporting) functionality with machine credentials into the ATO or fill in the PDF (paper) version of the return.
