  1. Prevent Custom data of Customer from changing retro actively

    I am not sure why the data changes retroactively on older invoices why other data like addresses don't. It should be an option to change them retroactively or not.

    Or just don't . An invoice is already released and major data like this in it should not just change retroactively just because the customer changed something in his details. It's neither accurate or legal as the invoice which you already issued , has now changed.

  2. Include Waybills

    It would be nice to have the option for a waybill in the case that you deliver some products to a customer, you have the option of issue a delivery note but it takes all the itmes and all the quantities from an ivoice

  3. To know the purchase rate while invoicing

    My customers are always in a hurry and while invoicing they need to know the item price [we have 2000+ items] and we have different pricing for each customer, so we need to check the item purchase price to convince the customers in the invoicing page.

  4. Can we see that which user has viewed or modified the Journal/invoice at what time. if we can see tthe version history of any entry for audi

    I would want to see the version history of any JV/Invoice for Audit trail purpose

    we need the option to be able to use tablets for our customers to sign the invoice and delivery note the we can email it to them instantly.

  10. Invoice TEMPLATE cloning feature

    Can you please allow for cloning of Invoice TEMPLATE, so that a template can be duplicated with a differnt name and be modified for different uses (e.g., I have invoices with quantities and some that do not need quantities)

  11. Invoice Templates order summary page

    We would like the option to have a simplified line by line breakdown of a customers order with a sepereate page that includes the items sold with detailed descriptions of the items with no prices. This would allow us to have a complete listing of features and benefits. When reviewing an order, accounting wants just the line items and balances due, whereas others involved in approving an order like to know what is inclueded with a purchase in detail.

    I would like to send my client this list of invoices in a report format that are outstanding which have not been paid.

    When we invoice somebody, after completion of the invoice it should prompt that it should be billed to some vendor too. And if somebody skips the entry it should flash a message "are you sure you dont want this product to be billed to the vendor" The prompt will reduce the chance of missing the entry. and the books could be maintained diligently. This will be helpful for the service industry where many a products are being bought and sold the same day.

    Exporting records matching a criteria

    Pls add a feature to export only records that match a certain selected criteria. Right now have to export all records and then filter wanted records , remove unwanted record which is quite cumbersome and also leave a possibility of error
