  1. One Inventory for multiple Books

    Currently only one book can be synchronized with an inventory. We want to connect one Inventory with multiple Books licenses.

  2. Template Package: why not more templates and more customization?

    My request is to have more Package templates, with the same styles of other documents (Quote, Invoice, etc.) and have the same possibilities of customization of them.
    At moment there's just one template and with just few editables fields.

  5. Enable inventory tracking after transactions have been recorded

    I would like to see an update where you can enable inventory tracking on items which did not previously have it enabled, even after transactions have been made with this item.

    You would simply set the system to record the inventory on the item from that day forward.

    The reason for this is for example if you have a company which drop ships a particular item, then decides one day to inventory it - you cannot utilize that item already in books and have to create another one. This can become a mess, especially since you cannot use duplciate sku's…

  6. sales

    Allow inventory allocation on creation of a Sales Order. This avoids selling equipment that has already been committed to. Also, allow the creation of a committed items report based on Sales Order.

  7. Goods received for jobwork.

    Add on for job workers. Goods(fabric) received/sent for job work after value addition received/sent back. I think around 7000 customers in Surat (Gujarat) would be using this software once this function is done with

  8. Reporting tags in Stock/item adjustment

    while doing stock adjustment we want to add reporting tags in exp account.But this facility is not available in zoho books and inventory.

    Need to add 2 warehouse in zoho book. its very easy to control

  15. Tracking products expiring date

    Tracking products expiring date
    At the point where we buy and sell.
    I should be able to pick items based on there expiry date when raising customer invoices.
    There should be reports that shows movement, valuation etc with the ability to filter those reports using diff criteria.
    Ability to filtering at a glance, the report per expiring date in week, month and years. Also the system should generate alerts mail or displayed on dashboard.

  16. Qty. Ordered should also be visible in Inventory Item.

    You should also display "Quantity Ordered" below Stock on Hand or below Committed Stock in Item page.

    This will give better visibility for material Purchase planning.

  17. Item subgroups

    I would like the ability to group items under subgroups.

    For instance If I had a group named "Networking" it would be nice to be able to have more groups under Networking named "Cabling" "Switches" "WiFi"....
