    By not offering multi-currency, the CRM becomes a total mess. Almost all of our clients are invoiced in 2 different currencies. Therefore we have tons of duplicate contacts in CRM since we need to sync Zoho Books and Zoho CRM. Please release this feature asap! The lack of this feature is causing us lots of work and not helping us to be more efficient!

    Definitely needed! We have so many duplicate vendors because of this issue. Also it is not possible to create a view in bills where you can see all bills in a certain currency. Therefore everything is mixed and lots of vendor contacts are duplicates. Pretty messy.

    At least allow the following:
    - Create a view for bills/invoices by currency (For example show all bills in USD)
    - Ability to record payments in different currency (For example some of our bills in USD are paid with our EUR account. But we are unable to select the EUR account under "paid through" when recording the payment

    Totally agree. Same problem here after 3.5 years. Shouldn't be that difficult to add this feature I guess.

    I need this too. Why is it possible to choose a default account when recording payments but not a default method? It doesn't make sense to select a specific bank account as default account while payment method remains "cash" instead of changing to "Bank Transfer".
