    Reshma, it is not the same template as in ZOHOCRM. IN ZohoCRM you can change any field and input any text anywhere. Here is a screenshot - https://www.evernote.com/l/AA5DyNgerp9GDrWO7Lu2BqoSdrkvzFlC6sgB/image.png
    It is kinda important in the situation where different warehouses operates under different companies. For example now we have Canadian Office and USA office, so if we ship from Canada we issue Invoice that would have Canadian Company info, and if from USA we will use template created for USA office.

    There was a confusion on the earlier comment. Zoho CRM Sales order and Zoho Inventory SO for now won’t integrate. With all existing capabilities and with more tax handling capabilities finance SO would be developed and Zoho Inventory would be made available from Zoho CRM interface.
