A profit margin report
We would like to have a profit margin report per sales order- where we can see the total sales price, buy price, and total margin for the sales order.

OFFLINE MODE when internet goes down
In my country , internet is not always available , sometime for hours :(
will be fine to have an offline mode for as a minimum fonctionaility , juste to make a transactions which normally don't need to wait for as SO or Invoice for a custumer .Thanks
4 votesThe offline mode is not implemented. As a workaround the same can be achieved via CRM mobile app. You can connect Zoho Inventory and Zoho CRM.

I manage my clients through CRM. I generate quotes in CRM. I want to manage inventory and delivery with Inventory. Currently you cannot take a quote generated in CRM and export the data into inventory. You also cannot export the CRM quote data into a CSV file and thus there in no way to get the CRM quote data into Inventory unless you manually enter it. I have been in contact with your help staff via chat and they have no solutions.

We have now enhanced our Zoho Books- CRM integration. We have an option to have a Zoho Finance module in CRM. With this option you will have the Zoho Books quotes module in CRM, we would request you to use this to create quotes instead of creating the quotes in the default CRM Quote module.

Regarding having the quotes from CRM into Zoho Inventory module we currently do not have that option.
As a workaround we would suggest you to enable the Zoho Inventory add on in Books. Since have quotes in Books which are integrated with CRM it will help you have all your data in one place.

TaxJar Sales Tax API Integration in Zoho Inventory
Hi,
Could the TaxJar API be implemented so that Zoho Inventory users aren't being forced to use Avalara as the only tax calculations native integration service?
Having to manually put in rates is a real frustration.

Bulk action for multiple item
I understand not all the variant can be done in bulk action for multiple items such as SKU.
But still, there are variant that can be done in bulk action.
Among those, what I need most in bulk actions are;
(1) Group adjustment
I know ungrouped items can be grouped to new or existing group in bulk.
The difficulty is group change in bulk.
At this moment, group changing for even single item is difficult.(2) Adding item in Sales order
Search function for item now is fine.

Link "delivery method" in sales order and "Carrier" in shipping record
When I create a sales order, I can specify delivery method. And when I create a shipping record (packages, not shipped - ship - ship manually), I can specify carrier. Delivery method and Carrier seems to refer the same database but they're not related; I suppose the latter should be filled by the former automatically, as they should be the same content.
Also I suppose "delivery method" field should be in the package slip. It looks unavailable although it is said to be available here.

Several PO prefixes
Our company buys items for several projects. We like to keep the purchases separated by assigning different PO numbers, for example PO-AB-ST-0001 or PO-AB-DEV-0001.
We would like that you could select the prefix for your project and that the -0001 continues auto generating for that prefix. So if the last used PO for AB-DEV was PO-AB-DEV-0005 it should continue with -0006. but if you want a PO for AB-ST and the last one was PO-AB-ST-0008 it should continue with -0009.3 votes -
Seperate settings for login persons
Today a person who login in with user aloud to register Sales Order, they can see all orders and customers and their prices. My customer would like that the person only sees the customers that he/she is allowed to see and work with.

Being able to edit POs and SOs
It is important to be able to still edit POs and SOs if the orderline to be edited is not in progress. If the order list is long like 100 items, during the process there is always something to change but we cannot do it even if 1package is created or the PO is market for dropshipment. For dropshipment it can be also possible to automatically update the PO generated by dropshipment

Have the ability to manage inventory that is grown - e.g. Fruit, vegetables, Flowers, Animals etc. Inputs will be things like Fertilizers, Electricity, Water, Labour, to produce inventory that can be managed and sold.

Scan the barcode of a composite item and then click "box it". This could also be used for other changes to that item. Huge time saver!!
Scan a barcode and go directly to a composite items information page. Then box the item. Currently I have to type in something to bring up the item. I have hundreds of items with similar names and descriptions so it is tedious and a total waste of time to get to the composite item I need to make. Sometimes it doesn't come up at all. Would be so wonderful to just scan the item, and then click the "Box It" button. This would also allow the user to edit any other information on the page as well for that composite…
