Run one report for trips and expenses
It would be very helpful if the system allows to run one report for trips and expenses. By that, companies would have full visibility when a trip is requested,aprroved and expenses are submitted & reimbursed in one report as currently trips and expenses cannot be connected in one report.

Allow viewing/enlarging of receipt image when editing an expense
This i already possible from the receipt inbox. But once the recipe has been added to a report, and I edit it, I can't enlarge the receipt image, which is necessary to view the details from I am entering.

print advance payment notes
That notes entered under Advance payments be printed as part of the report. Currently they are viewable on the screen but not in the printout.

Different mileage rate after 5000km in a year (Canada)
In Canada, the CRA sets maximum mileage reimbursement rates per year per individual.
Currently, you are paid $0.55/km on the first 5000km. After 5000km, you are paid $0.49/km.
Is there a way that ZOHO can adjust the mileage rate once this threshold has been reached?

Make Receipt Upload More Intuitive.
The Veryfi APP has an OUTSTANDING receipt upload process. It is easy and takes seconds.
It helps you position the receipt perfectly and then it reads EVERYTHING.
That technology coupled with Zoho Expense would be excellent!

Allow Export reports under Analytics to also include the Pie Chart, this can beautify the report as well as help management get a quick glance of the report.

A Category seach should also return its Sub-Categories
Make Categories and their Sub-Categories a hierarchy and searchable based on that hierarchy. So if you searched on a Category you had the option to also include its Sub-Categories in the search results. Without this option you lose a main benefit of what Sub-Categories provide.

Send notifications to the submitter's delegate when the submitter adds new expenses to Zoho
We have had a request whereby the delegate of a submitter is alerted when the submitter adds a new receipt (expense) to their profile.

plugin for outlook
It would be great to have a plugin for Outlook that would easily upload an email receipt. Forwarding emails to Zoho for upload so often do not work as the email comes through blank.

Allow access to receipt images via direct link
I'd love to be able to include a direct link to an expense's associated receipt(s) in an export spreadsheet.
