  1. Notification before credit card expiry

    It'd be great if a user could send automated reminders before some time,say 2 months before credit card expiry of his customers

  3. timesheets in calendar mode additional features

  4. Flat rate and hourly rate for tasks of the same project

    An option to include flat rate (fixed cost) tasks and hourly rate tasks for the same project and the ability to invoice them

  5. Font Features for Estimates and Invoices

    When I build an estimate with many categories and line items, sometimes I'd like to Bold a heading and or make a line item Red or something important I'd like to underline.
    I've brought this up before, and I was told to just make a custom template but that's not convenient at all. Need a small box off to the side where I can make these little changes quickly.

  6. Remove restriction on Organization Logo size

    Please consider lifting the restriction on the organization logo size to be 240px x 240px. My organization's logo is text-based so the width is far greater than the height (380px x 70px). This change would also permit the logo to be a more appropriate size/ratio in all the email templates as it currently looks almost illegible. Thank you. :-)

  7. Time tracking report as additional report to Invoice.

    While converting a projects time-sheets to Invoice also optionally attach the un-billed hours to the invoice as a report. (Not aggregated)

    From an accountant perceptive they only want to see invoice line items grouped by type/task (Which is implemented).

    From the CTO, they want to see the details time logging for a project bring billed for.

    Currently, need to export and save as PDF before converting to invoice, and then attach manually the generated PDF. Would be awesome if this were done automatically.

    Seria importante agregar las ordenes de compra y las facturas de proveedor en el modulo de zoho invoice, al igual tambien agregar la opción de paquetes como en el modulo de zoho inventory

  9. Exporting documents to XML. Costa Rica Goverment requires documents in XML format.

    Actually we can send invoices in PDF format; but, some goverments and costumers requires the information in XML format.
    It will be awesome to have the option.

  10. Overview of the total unbilled amount per project

    Please give us an overview of the unbilled amount (= all unbilled hours + expenses) per project.
    I can find all unbilled hours (without the expenses) per project on the report section – projects summery. But it is in the very last column, so you have to scroll horizontaly to see it.
    I think other freelancers have the same need to a quick overview of the total unbilled amount per project on the dashboard or onthe projects overview page.
    I found the question here dated 2015!

  11. Deposit options on estimates & invoice

    THE RETAINER INVOICE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR THIS

    So please dont reply with that.
    We need the estimates to show a deposit or downpayment option.

    And the adjacent invoice needs to have the same option.
    Sage has this option, why can the ZOHO system not do this?

  12. Generate Invoice PRIOR to Collecting Recurring Payment

    Generate/Send Invoice 10 days PRIOR TO the due date so that clients do not receive an invoice and a payment receipt in the same 30 seconds.

    This is done for every auto-pay bill I have in my personal life, I receive the invoice days before my card is swiped...

    We are having to manually charge our customers cards to allow them to actually review and process their invoices.

  13. Price Increases for Line Items (inventory) and in recurring invoices

    A way to increase the rate in recurring & in item list by a % or by a value for a selected bunch of items

    Senario eg:
    1. Microsoft Just increased the prices for all the SKU by 6% for Canada effective Oct 1st
    2. Annual Prices increase which are built into the contracts.

    we have over 100 Invoices which has multiple Microsoft SKU, this will take us weeks.

  14. Add ability to invoice customer for all projects in a given time period

    1. Choose a time period
    2. Choose a customer
    3. Invoice that customer for work done on multiple projects during that time period. This would include: A. A cover page including a figure representing all time billed during the period on all projects B. Separate pages for detailed invoices for each project billed C. Ability to apply retainer invoice to the total time billed during the period, instead of separately to each project during the period

  15. Report for Receivable by iteam

    We have a good features under Reports for sales to identify sales generated by different category items. Such as Sales by Design, Sales by Development etc.

    But the currently there is no option to generate the similar report for Receivable, therefore we are unable to identify Receivable from Design tasks and receivable from development jobs.

  16. A column for "Sales Person" in the report "Payments Received"?

    It would be fantastic with a column in the report "Payments Received" that also shows who the sales person is (maybe from "show more"?).

    When you export the report to Excel, it will be easy to sort / filter this column.

  18. Payment option based on currency

    I would like to automatically associate payment options (e.g. paypal or braintree) with a contact's "currency" chosen. I.e if contact has USD currency, all invoices created have paypay as default payment option. If contact is in AUD currency, defaults to Braintree

  19. Allow clients to review service even without the client portal access

    I love the idea of using Zoho Invoice to collect feedback from my cusstomers. My business is a business in which we process one transaction with the customer, and we don't have any more business with this customer for several years down the road. Requesting my customers to create a user name/password for client portal doesn't make sense.

    I would like to see the client review functionality to work without enabling the client portal for my customer. This would allow business es like mine with one time customers to request feedback from the customer.

  20. Add "Completed" Status for Estimates

    Right now Estimates can only be "Sent", "Accepted", or "Declined". I do not bill by the individual estimate so converting to an invoice is not an option. I need to ability to know when a particular estimate has been completed so I can recognize that it is not an active job.
