  1. multiple timers

    It would be nice to be able to run multiple timers when tracking project tasks. I frequently multitask several things at once, and would like to be able to keep a running timer for each task, both for the sake of billing the client, and for tracking time/cost ratio's.

  2. Record Advance payment with tax deduction

    we are unable to record advance payments with tax deduction before invoice

    kindly add this feature as its is difficult for us to manage advance payments

  3. 2nd level authentication by using stored keyword at Zoho

    Webroot, a high quality AV provider, use a stored keyword for 2nd level authentication. Users are asked for say the 2nd and fifth letters. Next time it might be the 1st and 6th letters. Simple, very effective.

  4. I would like to close last year and start new one in order not to get confused

  5. Add Vietnamese

    CRM & People have Vietnamese language option; Invoice does not.
    Format so Vietnamese labels do not overlap

  6. Allow quick switch between timesheets

    Is it possible to have a way to switch quickly between the timesheets of different clients/projects as I work on a number of projects throughout the day and have to switch between them very frequently.

  7. Deberían incluir en la dirección la geolocalización exacta pudiendo seleccionar directamente desde google maps.

    Cuando abrimos la app y seleccionamos la direccion de un cliente y nos abre google maps. este nos lleva a la dirección cargada en la ficah del cliente. Pero desde la ficha del cliente no permite colocar la geolocalización directamente seleccionando en google maps; porque muchas veces no toma en cuenta el nro de la casa. Pudiendo geolocalizar nos llevaria al punto exacto.

  8. comma and dot when editing invoices

    In my language i type comma for decimales - not dot. I have changed the language in the settings and the final pdf's are shown correctly, but when I choose to edit, then I can't type comma, but is forced to type dot which is not natural for me. Don't know if I have done something wrong, but it is a bit anoying :) .. could you fix this?

  9. allow for entering administrative time

    this feature is helpful for seeing how much time is spent working on administrative items that are not related to a project or billable.

  10. Custom Tab in Portal

    I would like to see a way to have a new tab that I can fill in any details about this customer I want to share with them in the portal. Currently, the portal custom fields are editable by the customer and show up in other places. As a web designer I have hosting details and other links I want to have for each client so they can see them.

    This is a good place to keep these notes and links but there is no way to do this now.

    It would not have to be a new tab but…

  12. Customer accept estimate via clientside portal - Customer add order number

    I have had customers view their quotations (estimates) via the client side portal, and then they have accepted the quotation. We get an email from zoho to tell us the client has accepted the quotation. But we then have to emailthe customer, or call them and ask for an order number, so I can put the order number on the draft invoice. when a client accepts a quotation, they need to be given the option to fill in an order number. No customer places an order without an order number anymore.

  13. Projects PAID/ UNPAID Column

    Would be helpful to see at a glance if a project is PAID/ PARTIALLY PAID/ OR UNPAID so I can mark paid projects as inactive more easily. Instead I have to go to projects, sales and check it there.

  14. Add currency options for Estimates and Invoices

    A lot of businesses offers Estimates under a certain currency while clients prefer to pay using a different currency. It messes up our accounting records because I have to go all the way from deleting the accepted estimate and sent invoice to the client before I could change one invoice and enter payment using the correct currency used. What if they decide to move to a different country next year and they opt to use a different currency? It means I cannot issue a new estimate/invoice under a new one, wherein as your team suggested to make a multiple contact,…

  15. Invoices

    Hello, In Bulgaria the TAX law require that when Retainer Invoice is included to the Invoice this to be as a line within the table as an expense , but not as is in this moment at the end of calculations.
    This is because need to have explanation абоу grounds for deduction of an advance payment. Also because of VAT.

  19. Have the ability to put customers in groups Eg:Inactive,days of the week

    I would like to categorise my customers to make it easier for invoicing as our customers are regularly invoiced according to a day of the week and
    also put our inactive customers in a separate category to reduce the contact list for invoicing

  20. Enable printing/exporting of Comments & History section
