If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Invoice, then you've reached the right place.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. search criteria

    can we have a search area for invoices or customers for not just the customers name.... we need 1 for an address.. in the service industry very rarely will we look up a name when we search.. we always look up address as people change houses.. houses and streets dont change and there maybe numerous people with the same name.... so in short .. a way to search addresses and not customers names

    Actualmente solo contempla borrador y enviado y facturado, pero no encuentro forma d e poder indicar que un presupuesto esta rechazado

  5. show how much unbilled for the week

    Add a function where you can see how much you've 'earned' that week or that day, based on unbilled hours x rate. Currently, you can see the hours you've worked in the timesheet function, but it doesn't tell you how much $ that amounts to. For anyone who has a weekly or daily earnings goal, this isn't enough.

  6. Organize recurring invoices on mobile app by dates (next recurring invoice)

    Currently on the mobile app the recurring invoices appear randomly, which is a bit difficult to track the upcoming month recurring invoices. Would be good to add a way to sort it by date.

  7. add notes in the section products

    Would it be possible to include notes in the section products? I would like to manage these notes with permissions for diferent roles of users.
    And these notes, not visible for customers.

  8. link with my location to create a project

    I drive up to a Site, hit make new project, and Soho uses my location to display local businesses- i tap on the one i'm about to enter to do a service call, project is generated and timesheet begins timer for hours on that project. if i forget to stop the timer, it logs when i've left location and closes the timesheet.

  9. Test Editing tools integrated with Estimates and/or Invoices Terms and Conditions section

    It's impossible to have a text with that much information without the need of some sort of "Text Edition" such as justify, bold, fonts and font size and so on and so on

  10. Change the order of the groups under Sales Transactions

    The new sales transaction layout is great but would it be possible to be able to change the order of the groups please. At the moment you have 'Invoice' then 'Invoice Payment' then 'Estimate' then 'Reccuring Invoice' etc..

    I would like to be able to 'drag and drop' or move the order to what I use most 'Invoice' then 'Reccuring Invoice' then 'Invoice Payment' then Estimate etc...

  11. ability to format a price list for customer review

    Ability to send to the customer a price list based on their particular pricing structure (i.e. wholesale, retails, discount, etc.) for the list of products available to them. Should be a simple fix to allow an export of the price list with pre formatted templates similar to how the invoice is done.

  12. Geofencing

    I currently parse my Google Timeline kml files and strip out what I need to confirm my timesheet entries.. However, some timeheet apps now support geofencing.

    (Android-centric here)

    Updating the terms of service on the Zoho invoice app to allow location sharing and using geofencing Zoho users could mark their Contact's GPS coordinates (multiple sites per Contact) in Zoho. Then, with geofencing, when a Zoho user goes onto a client site a time-entry could be started and an alert generated on the phone. Same process when leaving an area.

  13. project based on cost of many task

    in this moment there are the possibility to fix a budget based on a hour of staf ,or may other...
    My idea is based a project based on a some worker ; example:
    I renew a flat ,
    I've a cost of electrician,Hydraulic, windows,concrete wall,ecc..... ; I want fix my business on a percent of this work..

  14. Through API list all invoices belonging to a certain project

    In the API I can pass parameters to search invoices by all sorts of fields; I need to search by project.

  15. API invoices: output should contain a field 'project' if an invoice is related to a project.

    I query a list of all invoices through the API to process in different software. I need to see what projects the invoices are related to. This field is not present in the output.

    SERIA NECESARIO AÑADIR EL IMPUESTO RETENCIONES DE LAS PERSONAS FISICAS, QUE EN ESPAÑA VARIA DESDE 7 % AL 21%,
    TAL COMO SE APLICA EN EL PROGRAMA EL IVA GENERAL E IVA REDUCIDO.

  17. Group Invoices

    Be able to send an invoice to several contacts at a time who purchased the same thing from you (eg. 4 music lessons in a month). Have it send out different invoice #'s.

  18. Ability to track customer activity

    We really need a report that can show which customers have not ordered since "x" date. This would help us identify which customers we need to reach out back out to in the hopes of securing another order and/or getting additional info to them. Please, please, please develop this!!!

  20. Emails to be send with own Mail Servers

    What are the possibilities to have the SO, invoice and PO and other email to be send from from ZB via our own email servers (like Google Apps)?
