Cloning both billing address AND customer address (drop-down access)
Simply put, I am a subcontractor that sends proposals to several contractors for the same project through a shared network. I would like to eliminate the redundancy of entering the JOB location when I change the contractor I am sending to.
Default- this info must be entered every time, even on a cloned proposal.
1)create proposal with client and project location info (new or existing in drop-down)
2)save draft/send
3)clone
4) select new/different client (from dropdown)
5)*still have to manually enter project location (rather than info xfer from original)
6) save/send etc.Trying to eliminate step 5.

Tax method validation
When creating a new line on an invoice, sometimes I forget to enter a Tax Method. I would like to have a warning if I try to Save an invoice in which a line item does not have a Tax Method.

Setmore integration
I use Sitemore for my bookings and unfortunately this does not have an invoice functionality.

Statement Credit or Outstanding
It would be great if the customer statement could show an amount owed in red text and if the customer is in credit then black text. At the moment the figure is a minus when the customer is in credit and they believe they still owe monies.

Allow UK, US and India-based companies to set EUR as base currency. Stop discriminating against us.
Please stop discriminating against UK, US and India-based companies and allow us to set EUR as base currency like everyone else can.
In my trade, everyone working internationally works in euros, since almost all our clients are based on the continent.
One of the consequences of not being able to set euros as our base currency is that we have to jury-rig a fake 1:1 exchange rate in order to be able to use the Items feature with standard rates. But this is just one example.

Automatic Contract
Let's say you're a hire company and you have an 'Equipment Hire Agreement' that each client signs.
It would be really good if you could write out a default contract and for each customer add a 'create contract' button that would create/edit the default contract according to the customer. (Customer name, Invoice number and total, hire start date(custom box on invoice) )3 votes -
Report for money taken in should show the sales tax
When I open the report for the money I have actually taken in, I cannot see the sales tax. I also can't find an option to add those as a column. This makes it very difficult for me to actually use the report. Some of my clients do not have to pay sales tax, others do. So I need to see my "income" without taxes. At the moment, I need to fix my reports by hand before sending them to my tax accountant.

Import Timesheet entries from Zoho Desk
The current Invoice-Desk integration moves the invoice functionality in to the Desk application. This is only of use if you only invoice based on tickets. If however you have other things you invoice for such as equipment, subscriptions, etc, this function is of no use because all of those are kept on the Zoho Invoice side. So I am stuck with either sending 2 invoices a month or manually re-entering time entires on the Invoice side.
It would be much more functional if time entries could be selectively imported from Desk in to Invoice and then on the Desk side…

Ability to add comments to recurring invoice profiles to store details specific to that profile - why the subscription was stopped and so on.

Under the Expense , category can be assigned contact owner ? same as the contacts
for us to assign people to access the limited category to update the expenses.this is more help full for Admindepartment and finance department

Add a bi-monthly option for Recurring Invoices
Currently, the only options are Weekly, Twice a Week, Monthly, etc. There is no option for bi-monthly (e.g, the 15th a last day of the month).
You can set a Custom Repeat of every 15 days, but that doesn't work for months with 31 days.
Bi-monthly invoicing is very common, and Recurring Invoices aren't that useful without this option. Thank you.

cards view by date
In the time sheet view you can view all project hours by table, or by card view. In card view, it shows lifetime project hours, but no ability to determine how many hours were logged this month / week / day.

Report Exporting Listed by Date
Hi Guys, need to be able to export a report listed by date. Sorted by date and Invoice Number. With columns as Date/InvoiceNumber/Client/Amount/Description, other info, etc. This is the report we need exported for the business. I can't find a way to do that at the moment unless I'm just missing it? Thanks Guys!

Offline Use + Add/Create Invoice Widget
Hi Guys, would like to able to use the app offline and just have it sync later when connected online. I had pending items to do with regards to my invoices: add clients, create invoices, change some settings, etc. which I had planned to do on a plane trip but couldn't do anything. As someone mentioned here as well... they live/work in a rural area and would just need to log items. Offline use would be great. Also, could we have a Create/Add Invoice widget (on iOS). There's only a timer which we don't use. Thanks Guys!

Increase the number of customers per page on Customer tab
200 is WAY too few records to display per page. Please increase the number of customers we can see at one time on the customers tab.
