  2. Allow for non-billable hours to be included at zero rate on invoices.

    Allow for non-billable items to be imported at zero rate on invoices. This allows for items to be shown on invoices but not billed for.

  3. Windows 10 Universal app

    Please create a Windows 10 Universal app for both desktop and mobile. The current apps that are available allow me to get by however they lack many features that are available on other platforms and the UI is out of date my many years.

  4. Need an invoice option to categorize the charges by date

    For service providers, such as consultants, who work on multiple projects for the same customer each day, it would be helpful to be able to provide the customer with an invoice organized by day - showing the breakdown of which projects were worked on and the time spent per project on that specific day.

  5. Option to bill per week - invoice to contain date range as line item

    When creating an invoice from a project, provide an option to group time sheet entries by week ending day (e.g. configurable to Sunday for example). This would result in an invoice line item for each week in a project.

    Currently, the options are to have each time entry on a separate line item or all time entries on a single line item

    Hi, I love Zoho products. I post this feature: an overall cash flow report based on invoices, payments, expenses in a calendar way, to forecast day by day our money stock. Thanks in advance.

  10. Include data for Trailing Twelve Months (TTM) in Dashboard

    When looking at my expenses (the pie chart), there are many options for time frame but no TTM. This makes it so I'm either looking at my Previous Fiscal Year (which doesn't update with new expenses) or This Year (which isn't over yet, so recurring costs like insurance haven't come up yet).

    TTM data would basically help keep the chart updated with new stuff (say I added a new yearly expense) while utilizing the previous year to fill in the gaps.

  13. Opciones de seguimiento en presupuestos para cerrar ventas

    Los presupuestos deberían tener mas opciones de seguimiento, con el objetivo de ayuda a cerrar la venta.

    Por ejemplo, incluir:
    - Opción de enviar recordatorios a los clientes y que puedan dar feedback.
    - Opción para agendar una fecha y hora de seguimiento, y que esta se envíe en forma automática por correo al vendedor.

  14. Provide option to add multiple merchant accounts from a payment gateway

    Some payment gateways require a separate merchant account for each currency we wish to accept. This would work perfect because in that case collected payments can be deposited into separate bank accounts. However, currently, Zoho Invoice doesn't support multiple merchant accounts from a single payment gateway.

  15. Report on time between estimate and invoice

    It would be highly beneficial to me to be able to track how long the jobs take from estimate to invoicing as so that I can see which of my clients are the quicker decision makers and adjust future quotes for clients who take longer and require more adjustments and time spent. I am looking for a structure similar to the "time to pay" feature broken up into months so I can see at a glance who of my clients drag their feet and how new team members affect the time efficiency of the work completed.

  16. Receive notification on Record Payment

    It would be nice to receive a notification not only after an online payment but also when an agent manually record a payment. This notification should be also propagated to slack.

  18. Minimum payment option

    It would be awesome if you could set a "Minimum amount due" that your client can pay after checking the "Allow customer to make partial payments for this invoice." option.

    This way you could send your client there full invoice at the beginning of a project, with a minimum payment do of %50.

  20. Expense screen

    On the Expenses screen, there are only 3 options to use > edit, convert to invoice and more. I've been using the MORE button for years to clone an existing daily expense, and change some details to save as a new expense. Why can't the choices under MORE > Make recurring, clone and delete be added to the first screen without having to click MORE, then another option?
