While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Create Duplicate Invoices and Second Invoices.

    In Mozambique and other countries its required that duplicate invoices be created. One which stays with the Client and one that serves of Proof with the Company. The second copy should indicate that it is a Duplicate. Another useful feature is that once the invoice is issued and printed, if it is to be printed again for the client it should indicate that it is the 2nd invoice being sent. This is useful to control whether clients have received invoices or not.

  2. Deduct refund amounts so that Total Sales are accurate! (Perhaps refund from Invoices instead of having to generate a Credit Note?)

    Currently when a refund is processed the refunded amount is NOT deducted from the client's total sales—perhaps because at the moment it can only be processed via a Credit Note—so the client overview gives incorrect information. I don't know whether it is also incorrectly reflected in overall sales, haven't had the time to confirm that yet.

    This also wastes time (and is frustratingly redundant) when different users have to dig into invoices, credit notes etc. to see if a refund has in fact been processed.

  3. Show number of billing cycles remaining in "Recurring Invoices" list view

    It would be extremely useful to be able to see how many recurring invoices remain per customer; currently we have to open up each recurring invoice to see how many billing cycles are left—tedious and time-consuming.

    It would also be amazing if there was a summary or report available of expected/future revenue from recurring invoices.

  6. Integrate with Quickbooks online plus a must

    I love zoho invoice! Unfortunately, it needs to integrate with Quickbooks Online Plus for me to be able to continue to use it. I need this feature asap, or will have to find alternative invoicing solution.

  7. Retainer invoice connected to a project - restrict application of payments to that project only

    Zoho allows you to create a retainer invoice connected to a particular project. However, Zoho allows payments collected on such an invoice to be (mistakenly) applied to other projects.

    Zoho should restrict application of a retainer invoice payment to invoices for the project connected with the retainer invoice.

  8. billing fax

    In zoho invoice Exports,
    Hi, Would you please add an additional data in exports from Zoho Invoices:
    Client Phone number and Cell Phone from Zoho CRM.

    Why ? Because in order to ship the client , we share his phone number with the shipping company.

  9. Zoho Invoices iOS Attachment Support

    Zoho Invoices's iOS app only supports iCloud integration. I will like to see Zoho Invoices integrate with Dropbox and Google Drive. Also, it will be great if a storage area can be added where some of the common files can be stored which are accessible while sending invoices from both the mobile app and online portal.

  12. Ability to search client payment reference#

    Although clients should put my invoice number in the payment reference field so that I can trace the payment and match it with the correct invoice - they don't. Often they don't send a remittance either. It would be of great help to be able to take their (arbitrary) payment reference on my bank statement and search for it in my invoices in order to check it isn't registered against more than one invoice.

    Looks like the reports are sorted on item creating date.
    Sorting on booking date makes more sense when controlling the list

  20. Enable exchange rate feeds automatically for the mobile app zoho invoice

    Mobile app zoho invoice need automatic exchange rate feature, that is available on the Pc and IPad versions. Using all three devices, but every time I use the mobile app on the run, I have to spend a lot of time to correct the rate. Right now this user friendly feature is not avalable for phone users
