Having different profiles i need a way to distinguish payments coming into my bank account, i use the invoice numbers as reference numbers for my clients , can i set it up so that invoices under different profiles generate different numbers

eg

profile x - xinv-000001

profile m - minv-000001

Can I add a job completion / job pending status to each line item in Zoho invoice. Can I get an overall status of an invoice where the jobs / line items therein are completed or remain pending for execution

It would be great if the option "billed by prject hours" could be combined with a "fee cap" option, which is very often used with law firms. This would allow to show all time entries on the invoice (which could accumulate to let's say 20k US Dollars (and therefore showing the client how much work has been done), while still only invoicing the fee cap of let's say 10k US Dollars. Alternatively, it could be realized by allowing to show "time entries" on the invoice for "fixed fee" projects.

Number format for CHF, in Switzerland the number format is 1'234'567.89

Attach a PDF to an item , like manual, legal documents, conform documents...
If this items is chosen in estimate or invoice attach these documents in the e-mail send by Zoho Invoice

It would be great if the (IOS) app had the calendar UI like the web version. It dont use the app because of that - it’s where I spend most of my zoho time. Everything else is brill.

currently the invoices display "Discount %" regardless if im discounting a $ amount or a % amount. eg. 25% and $25 is very different. This is confusing to customers. Can it somehow show these numbers more clearly?

To create / edit a template is very difficult with the tools that are at our disposal.

So I propose that you have an editor with a graphical user interface so it would be easier to customize the templates as if we were editing a doc in the word style.

Ex: Ready-made tables (images, product-quantity-price-total-amount etc.) that can be dragged and dropped wherever we want and inside the various text or image insertion options)

I would love a credit system, whereas clients get a point, or points for every appoinment made, to which businesses can turn into a credit. This will help me reward those who go out of there way and help my business run smoothly.

Webroot, a high quality AV provider, use a stored keyword for 2nd level authentication. Users are asked for say the 2nd and fifth letters. Next time it might be the 1st and 6th letters. Simple, very effective.
