If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Invoice, then you've reached the right place.

Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. make a customizable remit area.

    I have a remit stub on the bottom of my invoice. I include a #9 window envelope with my invoices but because the address to my customer is on the right side I have to purchase a more expensive envelope. I would like to have the choice of layout to put the customer address on the left side instead.

  4. tag invoices created by staff

    invoices written by staff should have a unique tag, for instance in my case my staff are paid commission so i need to separate which invoices ive created and which my staff has created to easier manage payroll

  5. Estimates to be pulled into the CRM as a follow up tool

    Once an estimate is inputed this is then pulled into CRM as a hot lead and can be used for following up

  6. payment links on estimate

    Allow including Payment gateway links into ESTIMATES.

    our estimates are sent first and tax invoice issued after payment received. the customer should be able to pay the estimate via the payment gateway connected to it. (as done on invoice)

  7. A registration link so clients can create their own account

    I would like a way I can send my clients a link so they can create their own account on the client portal to save me from having to create an account for them and then send them a link to it.

  9. Deduction of tds,Retention amount & Advance deduction in % showing on invoice

    In total section in invoices there should be provision to add some custom button such as deduction of tds from total amount, deduction of retention from basic amount & deduction of advance payment in %

  10. Additional Pages to Estimates

    Please create the ability to add custom pages to an estimate such as a cover page and a scope of work page. Having the ability to dress up your estimate is a major selling point. We would appreciate being able to have the ability to add additional information on the estimate related to the scope of work as well. Keeps things clean and organized.

    Hi, it could be nice to choose the position of the acronym (abbreviation) of the currency in relation to the amount (on the right or on the left).
    Today It works on the invoices but not on the rest of the interface.

  13. Add "Activity" tab for projects

    The Activity tab helps keep track of communication, uploaded documents, and the latest updates within a project. Utilize this section for quick questions, updates, and sharing files from your computer or Google Drive.

    Each project has an Activity tab which acts as a real time messaging feed for anyone who is invited into your Project. Direct a message to a particular person using @mentions, where you type the "@" symbol followed by the person’s name. Using an @mention will send the person you mentioned an email with your post.

  14. Update Zoho CRM Integration: Trigger Points

    Zoho CRM Trigger Points (Invoice)

    Currently only one option: "Create/Void an Invoice when a Deal is won/lost respectively"

    Would like to break that down into two options. In my case, would like to void the invoice, when the Deal is lost, but not create when deal is won.

  17. Work and sign with certificates

    We need the capability to sign invoices with authorized digital certificates in order to give digitally sent invoices legal credibility. This is requested by law in some countries.

  19. Add data variables to text fields

    At the moment, it's possible to add date variables to item descriptions, like %(Month)% etc.

    I would like to be able to add these to text fields too, e.g. the Order Number field.
