Merge invoice
Hi Zoho Invoice is great invoicing app, but if you could add the feature where we can merge multiple invoices together for the same customer, it would be awesome. For customer who have multiple invoices open with us it is aggravating to keep on receiving different invoices and they have complained multiple times, we have tried sending them a statement but they are not happy with that since it shows totals but no explanation of the invoices.

I'm really have a bad time trying to keep up with multiple invoices for the same client. Can you add the invoice auto emerge option to the app. That save time stress and aggravation. Thanks in advance. The whole community will appreciate it.

Definitely need this added! Or some way to generate an invoice from the customer statement. Customers who had previous outstanding balances should have the overdue balance added to their next invoice.

With Zoho Desk creating a separate invoice per Ticket it would be terrific to then combine all the "ticket" invoices into a single bill to go the customer

Hi - I really need to be able to invoice all projects from a customer on one invoice. I cant send them 4 invoices, that creates a pile of unnecessary administrative overhead

Since recurring invoices require a name, why not allow more than one recurring invoice with that name, and merge all recurring invoices each month (or whatever time period) with the same recurring invoice name? That would be awesome! Right now every client of mine has monthly and annual recurring invoices (and sometimes quarterly). That means at least once a month they'll get two separate invoices...and something 4-5 times a month, and sometimes they'll get three different invoices in a month. It makes me look stupid. :-\

Would be very useful to merge in one invoice the invoice fees and expenses reimbursement generated from the report

It is very unprofessional from a service industry to see this for a client. They sometimes feel they are current or we didn't service. Please figure out a way to merge invoices that haven't been paid to their latest invoice. It saves money when using snail mail, it speeds up the cash flow because they can pay their invoices all at one time, and it looks more professional without having to go find a book keeper to keep changing and explaining they are behind on their payments.

Being able to merge invoice for one account if you needed would be a great feature. It is useful if multiple items are returned from different invoices but partial payment have already been made on the invoices.
