Customize columns - Show Custom fields
When showing All Invoices list, it would be great if I could show columns with the special "Field Customizations" fields i have done in my invoices preferences .. settings/preferences/invoices/customfields

Zoho Invoice allows you to display the invoice custom fields in the “All invoices” list (or any view, for that matter).
All you have to do is, choose the ‘Customize columns’ option in the top left of the list and select the custom field you’ve created. I’ve attached a screenshot to show you how to do this.

Invoice dates relative to end of the month
Problem:
Here in Italy it is (sadly) very common to group payments at the end of the month or, less commonly at a specific day number (say the 20th).
Nobody pays before the due date and banks want precise dates to give credit.
We often have to specify dates manually to take that into account and this obviously impacts the recurring invoices too, which we have to edit each time.Proposed solution:
A flag to specify that the effective due date is the last day of the month when terms expire.Example:

assign multiple clients to a price list in one go

To achieve your requirement, click on the “Contacts” section > Select the required contacts (using the check-box on the left) > Choose “Bulk update” option on top > Select the desired price list.

Add option for custom due date on ios app
When I add/edit an invoice on the ios app, it forces a mandatory field for "due date". On the desktop browser version, I simply click on "Custom" field to force that section to be blank. It should be on the app version as well.

Plaid and Stripe ACH support
Currently you can only use Authorize.net and Forte to use ACH but Stripe has a better solution with instant ACH using Plaid. I would love to have it so that I can just rely on Stripe for both credit cards and ACH and not have to pay a monthly fee for Authorize.net or Forte.
This would allow me to recover costs from credit card transactions.

We are glad to inform that Zoho Invoice now supports ACH payments through the Stripe integration. The Stripe ACH Payments integration will enable your customers to pay you seamlessly. Using ACH, you can directly deduct money from your customer’s bank account after they permit you to do so.

add ability to pay ACH payment with stripe payments
we are using stripe payment with Zoho but when we send the invoice with the link to pay we also want to offer the customer option to pay with ACH using stipe as well.

Calculate tax from inclusive Amount
In Invocing , Should be a provision like , if we enter a amount including tax ( for example 11400 ) , so it should calculate the tax amount ( 1400 & 14% ) automatically.

Either adding project management functions, scheduling/planning process of a "project" within Zoho Invoice. AND/OR integrate with Zoho project.

For the amount in words on the invoice add US Dollar and cents
Currently the templates for invoices, only put the amount in words. It would be helpful to add US Dollar and Cents to the amount in words.

Default Country Option for Payments
Many of our customers have mentioned that it is confusing for them to choose the correct country when making a payment via credit card. For example, rather than "U.S.A.," they might type, "united states," etc. Since the vast majority of our customers reside in the United States, could we have (united states) as a default country?

Thanks for sharing your feedback. While trying to make online payment, in the list of countries that show up, the US would now be shown as “United States”, which would make it easier.

allow printing more than 25 invoices at once
please allow us to print more than 25 invoices at once or email more than 10. I have hundreds a month and it takes ages to print them all or email them all (checkbox and then sending)
not sure why someone went to the trouble of making it limited that makes the system unusable for me and hopefully others agree. please fix!3 votesHi Paul,

Add an estimate for a project
If there is a possibility to add an estimate for a project is very good.

Display Project title in Timer Clock tooltip on hover (currenlty only Task displayed)
Can you display the project tile in the tooltip that appears when you hover the timer in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
Currently it only displays the Task which is unhelpful as I have many timed projects and need to know which one the timer is working for at any one time as it can get confusing.

Deactivated tasks should not be listed in the timesheet
When we de-activate a task in the project, it can still be selected when filling a timesheet.
If we select it, we receive an error (which is normal).
However, this would be much more user-friendly not to be able to select it anymore.3 votesHi Pierre,
We completely understand your requirement and we are happy to let you know that in Zoho Invoice, when you log time for a project, the inactive tasks won’t even be listed in the “Task” drop-down.

Allow rate changes after an invoice is created
It would be very helpful to be able to change rates for a project or staff after invoices have been created using that staff or within that project. Currently there is an error message which says that changing rates after invoices are created is not allowed.
It seems totally reasonable that a staff would have changes in their hourly rate from time to time. Also, I have projects that last as long as a year. I might have a project hourly rate at the start of the project, but may want to change that rate at some point mid project.…

We are using Zoho Projects to generate the Expenses.
Once a month we want t export a list of all expenses related to just one project within Zoho Invoice.
But we can not filter by project name.

You can navigate to the ‘Reports’ section and generate the ‘Expenses by Project’ report for this. You can click on a particular project name to view a detailed report on the expenses of that project alone.

Zoho Invoice Refresh Button in CRM performs sync on demand
When you select the zoho invoice refresh icon when it is integrated with CRM- it only pulls data FROM invoice to CRM. This makes zoho Invoice unusable if you are looking for an efficient billing solution integrated with CRM.
Why? The integration sync is not configurable and only runs once a day. If new contact or account information is added to CRM you can not invoice them through the CRM integration
Because sync is not configurable and an invoice cannot be sent to a manually created email address we need to go to the integration settings and sync all accounts.…

We’ve made a lot of enhancements to the Zoho Invoice – Zoho CRM integration. The data sync happens every 2 hours and in addition, an ‘Instant sync’ is also available in case you want to initiate a sync in between the regular 2-hour window.
