add ability to pay ACH payment with stripe payments
we are using stripe payment with Zoho but when we send the invoice with the link to pay we also want to offer the customer option to pay with ACH using stipe as well.

Customize columns - Show Custom fields
When showing All Invoices list, it would be great if I could show columns with the special "Field Customizations" fields i have done in my invoices preferences .. settings/preferences/invoices/customfields

Zoho Invoice allows you to display the invoice custom fields in the “All invoices” list (or any view, for that matter).
All you have to do is, choose the ‘Customize columns’ option in the top left of the list and select the custom field you’ve created. I’ve attached a screenshot to show you how to do this.

Invoice Amount In Words with Currency Symbol
Currently the templates for invoices, only prefix the currency symbols with the amount in words for USD and base currency (INR in my case).
It would be helpful to add for currencies like GBP and EUR to the amount in words.

Sales report per salesman on ipad
we get sales report per salesman on my android phone and internet, but not on ipad.

Create a paylink
Be able to create a pay link that the customer can send money and it goes to their account. We do many raffles for non-profit and instead of sending hundreds of invoices for this they could just use the link.

A couple months back, we rolled out ‘payment links’

That said, since you mentioned that you’re a non-profit and you’re looking to manage donations, we believe Zoho Checkout would be even more suitable for your needs.

Export Specific Contact Type
If I am viewing just overdue contacts, I would like to be able to export just that specific list. Same goes for the other categories such as inactive, unpaid, etc. I don't want to export the entire contact list when I am just looking for a few specific contacts. It should be an option to export just the list you are currently viewing.

Zoho Invoice now allows you to export a specific set of contacts. If you like to export only the ‘overdue customers’, you can set the filter to ‘Overdue customers’ and choose the menu icon on the right > Export current view.

Workflow Trigger for Logging Time
Please add a Workflow trigger when a new Time Entry (Log Time) is created. I need it to send a notification to my client when we have completed a task.

Diffrences in expanses and billing
If I buy an item for a project I need to add the expense to the project. But usually I add 10% over the expense before I bill it. It should be possible to add an expanse with an option with percentages to add before billing the project.

We’re happy to inform that Zoho Invoice now allows you to mark up expenses by a percentage easily so that you don’t have to worry about marking up its price during invoicing.
To try this, log in to your Zoho Invoice account and select Settings > Preferences > General, where you’ll have an option to enter a default markup %.
Once you save this and try creating a billable expense, the default markup % will be auto-populated. But, you also have the option to change this markup rate for individual expenses if you like.

Client Portal Password Criteria listed up front
It would be very helpful if the criteria for the client portal password (capital letter, no dictionary words, special characters, etc.) was listed on the page when they are setting their password. Right now, it only tell them when they didn't do it correctly instead of telling them ahead of time so they can do it correctly from the beginning.

Allow 30,000 Characters for Automated Reminders
For some reason, the Automated Reminder emails are limited to 10,000 characters, but the Manual Email reminders and all of the other email templates allow 30,000 characters. When using HTML, it's very easy to hit the 10K limit and why should the Automated Reminders have fewer characters than the manual reminder?

When you look up items or are in the items list, a check box or a way to add an item or multiple items to an invoice.

Set a Credit Limit for a customer
A field for setting a credit limit for a contact which will then flag up when this credit limit is reached/exceeded with unpaid invoices.
I currently have to enter a remark to keep of a credit limit but this can get lost in lots of other remarks made and doesn't flag up when it's reached - I have to remember to check each contact manually myself (very time consuming) and rely on my sales team to check and calculate at the point of raising new invoices.

Plaid and Stripe ACH support
Currently you can only use Authorize.net and Forte to use ACH but Stripe has a better solution with instant ACH using Plaid. I would love to have it so that I can just rely on Stripe for both credit cards and ACH and not have to pay a monthly fee for Authorize.net or Forte.
This would allow me to recover costs from credit card transactions.

We are glad to inform that Zoho Invoice now supports ACH payments through the Stripe integration. The Stripe ACH Payments integration will enable your customers to pay you seamlessly. Using ACH, you can directly deduct money from your customer’s bank account after they permit you to do so.

Print original, duplicate, triplicate & quadruplicate in invoices
Generally when we print our invoices we take 4 copies. Each copy will have on the header region
"Original for Buyer" - 1st copy
"Duplicate for Transporter" - 2nd copy
"Triplicate for Assessee"- 3rd copy
Extra -4th CopyThis is as per our sales tax rules in our state.

In Zoho Invoice, you can print 2/3/4/5 copies of the invoice. This enhancement has been rolled out a while back and we are sorry that this space wasn’t updated.
You can change this preference in Settings > Preferences > General.
Note: This option is available only to the Zoho Invoice organisations that belong to the Indian edition.

Edit Note in Timer while it is running
The ability to start a note when you start a timer then update while you work would be nice. Currently I am using notepad then copy/pasting.

While you run the on-screen timer in Zoho Invoice, if you select a project and task before starting the timer, you can add and edit notes while the timer is running.

Show items sold per customer in reports over a certain period
Right now when generating sales reports by items it shows all items and can only drill down into individual items sold per customer.
It would be useful to see ALL items sold per customer over any given period, as this provides a snapshot of what customers are buying.

In Zoho Invoice, once you generate the “Sales by item” report, you can now choose the “Customize report” option and use the advanced filters to find the items sold for a particular customer.

Sales report by Custom Fields
I use Custom Fields on my invoices to organise them by client type, sub-client (if my customer is an Agency, they are buying for a specific sub-client), etc.
It wold be great to have a report based on Custom Fields, at least the ones i use as a drop down data entry.

Enable multi pricing for an item:
Exemple : between 1 and 10 pcs = 12€

In Zoho Invoice, you can now create price lists and define different tiers of pricing for the same item based on quantity.
This option is available if you choose a “Volume pricing” scheme while creating a price list.
