  2. Modify the order of fields in Invoice

    Currently only the order of custom Item fields can be modified, but the default fields like "Quantity", "Rate" etc remain where they are. Can we please have the feature to completely customize and modify the order of fields in the invoices?

  3. Add email address to a "thank you" note

    Would be nice to add additional cc email recipients at the moment of sending a "thank you" note.

  4. Need to be able to sent user permissions to only allow viewing of invoices/estimates created by themselves or admin.

  5. Ability to add a Withholding tax % field in invoices

    As a contractor in New Zealand I often have to invoice and add a field for a percentage withholding tax. This amount is deducted from my invoice total. GST is applied to the invoice total including this amount.

  6. Designate specific name that appears on estimates (or invoices)

    I often send estimates to three/four people, but one is the designated "contact person," and therefore the person who should appear on the Estimate/Invoice. I can email it to multiple people, but I want to be able to designate one person as the main contact through the check boxes at the bottom of an Invoice/Estimate draft.

  7. Export comments

    Since follow-ups on late payments of invoices is likely to generate updates in form of comments from users for those specific invoices, it would be great to have the possibility to export whole or a part (eg. last or few last ones) of the comments posted on the invoices for reporting purposes.

  8. Make Projects button like the estimate and invoice button.

    I keep finding myself having to dig into the Timesheet or some other added step to find projects. Why not just have a button like the other items?

  9. Statements of estimate customer wise

    How many estimate sended to a customer in a year or a month or custom time frame.

    It is helpful in checking which customer is selling which goods
    I am in jewellery we issues lots of estimates

  10. auto-charge on due date vs invoice date

    auto-charge recurring invoices on due date vs invoice date. You can put an option in the auto-charge settings to either charge the customer on invoice date or due date date..
    This would allow a recurring invoice to be sent out example the first of the month and paid net 30 for the end of the month. A feature that's simple and more of the right way to implement auto-charge. Waiting for this feature before jumping on ship with Zoho Invoice. Take care

  11. Invoice in Half Page Invoice

    We request you to provide invoice in A5 size printing with logo, since our items are sold in Retail and we do not want So Big invoice and its Silk Saree and Dress Material Shop.

  12. Specify a "retainer applied" line item (in addition to existing "payment" description)

    Ryan Partin, owner of XTech Staffing, would like to see "retainer applied" as an optional line item description. For instance, we apply retainer to customer's last invoice. On the customer's last invoice, we would like to show the customer that their retainer has been applied to their final invoice by having a line item that reads "retainer applied" (as opposed to "payment").

  13. Cloning invoices for multiple dates at the same time

    The ability to clone an invoice multiple times for preset dates in one step.

    We run a subscription program USUALLY delivering to customers once a week for the duration of a program.

    This would greatly help us save time rather than having to clone an invoice + select date, save, and then clone a second invoice using the F1 invoice + select date again, and so on and so forth.

  14. Preview for "Payment - Thank you" email

    Just like how invoice email is shown as a preview before sending out, it would be helpful if the payment thank you notes are shown.

  15. Transfer Tasks from Estimates to Invoices/Timesheets

    I am a management consultant who uses the Estimate feature to send proposals to clients, detailing the scope definition and tasks for their approval. Once they approve an Estimate, I should be able to import it directly into Timehseet Projects with all of the Tasks so I can charge time against the Tasks as proposed. Better integration with Zoho Projects (i.e. importing project tasks into Timesheets and Invoices) would be even better, but within Invoice, the Estimate should be transferred to the Timesheet so an invoice can be generated each month with whatever tasks have billable time charged against them.

  16. Entering time for time tracking, budgeting, estimates or invoices all the same format

    Entering time for for timetracking is done via the "00:00" format. That is great. Entering time for an invoice or estimate, or when budgeting a task is done via the decimal format. This is confusing. I would like to be able to enter always via "00:00", or at least get the chance to choose between them.

    HSN code when display below the description.. its font size should be same as item description....now it is very small

  18. Option of having discount being calculated on base price rather than MRP

    In retail segment we usually quoute margin to customer which means landing price to customer shall be MRP/(1+Margin). In Zoho we currently have option of Discount which calculates final price as MRP*(1-Discount).

    Can we add an option in invoice as Discount % to be applied on Price Inclusive Discount or Price Exclusive Discount. If it is Price Exclusing Discount, system should calculate it as 30% on MRP/(1+discount%)

  19. Paid invoices checked

    Please,please make it possible to mark invoices as paid easy.My customers pay with checks and It's really terrible to mark each invoice as paid.Imagine if you have 100 e-mails inbox and you have to mark them as read one by one!It's the same thing here.I'm clicking half an hour to do that!

  20. Option: how customer wants his invoice, by email, or snail mail, etc.

    most of my customers want Invoice by snail mail, but some by email. I have difficulties to remember who wants it by snail mail or email. If there is an Option to mark a customers preference it would help.
