  2. Choose send from multiple SMS numbers

    We use Twilio, but have multiple SMS numbers geographically. It would be really helpful to be able to select which number to use for each customer, so that the messages are delivered in the same region as the customer.

  5. Needed updates on app Invoice and Estimate view

    When looking at the Invoice/ Estimate Please add these features.

    1. Click the address to get driving directions (this is in the customer view please add to the estimate and the Invoice View)
    2. be able to call the customer. (If you are looking at an estimate and want to call that client it is like 40 clicks, it is too difficult to call the customer about one invoice in particular.)

  6. Enlarge Payment Options Icon

    We really need to be able to Enlarge the Payment Gateway icon next to "Payment Options" for the payment gateway integrated with Zoho Invoice.

    Currently, the icon is so small that customers are unable to locate it to make online payments.

  8. Header details on all pages

    All pages should have header details with logo and details of the organisation as well as inoivce number and date etc. The page number should also come in (No. out of No. of pages) format.
    I have set organisation logo, names address etc in header field of the template, but still the second page does not have this information. No one can tell that the first and second page belong to the same invoice.

  10. Tracking Refunds With Their Invoices

    I need to be able to see refund status when looking at the paid invoice. Even if it only says if it has been refunded or partially refunded, I'd get so much usefulness out of that, and for that information to be included in exports of invoices.

  11. Add appendix to estimate and create one pdf

    I often have additional notes and conditions that i'd like to share on a per proposal base. I don't like always that they are in seperate attachments. I'd like to see the following enhancement of the solution:

    Adding attachments to an estimate and merging them to one PDF when client views estimate.

    Providing this option to do this on a per estimate base would further enhance the solution.

  12. Europe: link specific client to specific national TAXrates and Invoice Template

    In Europe a company can act with several national Tax numbers in the different EU countries: French tax number for France, Dutch taxnumber for Netherlands, etx;
    Due to the different tax regulations in the different EU countries it would be useful to link specific clients to specific taxrate and to a specific invoice template. For ex. french client linked to french Taxrates and to the invoice template for french clients

  13. Round up percentages in time to get paid report

    The "Time to get paid" report always ends up with tons of really long fractions that are unnecessary. Could you please round the numbers up to the nearest full percentage?

  14. Display applied Price list name/discount on the invoice

    Currently, when using price lists to discount products for particular customers, they have no way of knowing/confirming/appreciating the gesture.

    Please add an option to display the applied price list name/discount on the invoice so that the customer sees the fact that he received the discount.

  15. Add a Payment Schedule to invoices

    I'm offering my customers payment plans on their purchases for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. I would like to be able to create a single invoice with their total amount, and then a payment schedule so they can pay their invoice monthly for a specific amount (amount depends on their payment plan terms). This way they can keep track of their remaining balance and have the option to pay more at any time to pay their balance off early. I don't want to use recurring invoices because this would not be the best way to manage their purchase. The…

  16. Display NET REVENUE on dashboard

    Have the dashboard also display NET REVENUE (Sales-Expenses). Or maybe a way the user can modify the graph and info displayed on the dashboard.

  18. Show last 4-digits of the credit card number on a paid invoice

    Where is says "Payment Made" as a line item on a paid invoice, have it show the credit card last 4 digits (if paid for by credit card)

  20. Have the time entry box refresh date on opening...

    I leave this tab open all the time. I will enter timesheet data and it always adds the date that the page was first opened, not the date that I'm entering the hours worked. I assume the JS variable is being populated on page load, however, if you leave the page open, they all get that date.

    For example, I do work for a client Monday the 28th, and I open Zoho and enter the time. Tuesday the 29th when I go to enter time for work done that day, it puts the date as the 28th.

    It should refresh…
