  1. Referrals

    Hello Team,

    I would like to have an option to add an additional type of contacts i.e. Referrals. This will allow is to keep a tab on payments that we are giving out to people who refer a client our business and record the transactions easily.

  2. multiple currency invoice for braintree

    Braintree currently only supports a single currency even when the account support multiple one.

    Could you please have this updated so customers can pay in a currency of their chossing.

  4. Develop payment gateway for Tsys Bank.

    It’s just another payment gateway but when Authorize.net wants to be a pain it’s always good to have a backup that is direct to the bank.

  5. Zero convenience fees to the customer paying directly from zoho interface using linked banks with auto-recorded payments

    Instead of payment gateway providers like RazorPay or others, if it was a linked Bank like State Bank Of India, HDFC, ICICI, etc from which customers could pay directly which would be auto-recorded in zoho journals with no convenience charge to either customer or the merchant. Similar to direct bank transfer, through zoho with auto recorded payments. It would save a lot of time for small businesses who usually do a lot of multitasking to run their business, like me.

  6. Making payments as a user of Zoho Books (not just recording them)

    As a user of Zoho Books, I want to pay my bills via the application by setting up my preferred payment methods so that I don't have to go to another application and copy the information of the account I am paying into that. Is it possible?

    I can see that my customers can make payments to me and they are recorded in Zoho Books, and I can see that I can record the payments I make, but can I also make the payments via Zoho Books?

  7. Ability to be able to Void a Payment Made

    Quite surprised that there is no option to void a lost cheque or other payment made. It seems that the only option is to delete the original transaction, which doesn't exactly provide a decent audit trail.

    I think there should be an option to reverse all transaction types rather than being forced to delete them to correct invalid entries.

    Hi All,
    It would be great if you could integreat - PayPal Standard & Paypal Business UK, as a UK user of ZoHo books we are resticted in use many of the features that zoho US offers and I feel this is very unfair!

  11. Reminder for not paid invoices by post (juridical)

    Dear Books,

    In france it is essential to make last reminder by post before doing any legal/justice steps. So, before sending a bailiff, you must informe the client with all the due invoices.

    Please, add this important function (Sage, ERP, API,..) have it standard.

    It must create (if possible from a template) a letter with date, total amount due, client infos, add the list of due invoices. Possible to generate a PDF (to print) from the due invoice state.

    I hope to see this functionality fast, because I think from the French market it's important, mostly because in Europe getting…

  12. make it possible to store credit card data via tokenization for clients the same way you currently store that data for recurring transaction

    We bill hundreds of client each month for orders they place with us for a variety of products that varies each time they place an order. Since these are not recurring transaction and are unique, we need a way to store the credit card data encrypted and tokenized with our payment gateway (PayPal Flow Pro) so we can select a stored card and use it to pay their invoice when we generate the completed sale. It's urgent and something many, many businesses would need to successfully manage their client base payments.

  13. Adding the account receivable type to the account types when creating a new account under the chart of accounts

    We need to create a new account with the type of the account receivables to show the cheques we send to the bank for collection. and also a reminder with the cheques due date for the future due dates.

  14. For Payments allow a setting to not allow credit cards over a certain amount

    For some of our larger invoices, we lose a lot on the credit card fees, having an overall dashboard setting to not allow credit card payments for invoices over a certain amount would be helpful

  16. Pass Stripe Transaction ID into Payment record in Zoho Books

    In the system I'm migrating from, every transaction has the transaction ID attached to the record, whether it's via Stripe, PayPal, etc. This is absolutely necessary! Just last month I had to go in (to my current system) and sort out some incorrect charges/payment, and the only way to find the correct records was by comparing the transaction ID. I have several monthly recurring invoices at the exact same price. As a workaround, what I'm going to do is make sure they are all recurring on different dates (as some currently are on the same day, same amount, and only…

  17. receipt template

    I love that invoices have a retail template with 3" or 4" as paper size. Can you also do this for Payments & Retainer Payments please? Our receipt printer prints that size and we really would love to be able to print Zoho payment receipts.

  19. Have support for Apple Pay with Stripe

    We've been receiving more and more requests from customers to be able to pay invoices with Apple Pay from their phones. Since Stripe has supported this for a while already and it makes it very simple and fast for customers to make payments I think it should be a feature available to utilize on Zoho.
