    I need to show custom information in the customer's statement table, It's information that i customized in the invoice area but want to display there.

  2. export select fields

    Print selected fields and save as favourite report

    At the moment you export 22 fiields and I have to work out which ones to delete so the print out is readable.

    I would like to select on certain fields to create a quick and readable list of transaction.

    It would be very helpful if you also included an option for accumulated totals so it doesn't have to be done in excel.

  5. Enable Change Tracking/Audit Log for US edition in "Activity Log" Report Like Already Available in Other Versions

    Implement the already existing "Activity Log" features found in the non US version that are documented at this link below. This is a critical component needed to track changes to the critically sensitive financial data. Without this feature, how is anyone ever going to be able to ensure the integrity of the financial data, especially when ther eis more than one person with access to the system? https://www.zoho.com/books/kb/reports/audit-trails.html

  6. Allow a Logo on P&L Statements

    Why Zoho does not allow this is beyond me. This is the single most important report in the suite and I can't put a logo on it.

  8. Monthly Reports for any account in chart of accounts

    lets say, you take Vendor A, we should be able to see a monthly purchase/payment summary on month vise also, a graphical chart in addition would be helpful.
    Let say, there is an expense accounts, 'Transportation Charges', a monthly summary along with a bar or line chart.

    this helps in identifying patterns and quick decision making.

  9. Create a historical trial balance that can be reported by month

    Currently a trial balance can only be extracted by month for the past 11 months. What if it's April 2021 and I want to see the full year 2020 reported by month as a trial balance to then be able to present management accounts?

    Can we please have a monthly financial reports? This way we can analyse each month vs prior month. Also we can do trend analysis for the 12 months.

    The Should be generated for Receivable balance and vendor balance in group wise

  13. Sales by item report should have some changes

    In reports, sales by item seggregating the details of invoices generated in the specified month but actually it should show the item detail whichever payment has been done in the mentioned month. For eg while am generating payments received report am geeting the total collected amount as Rs.500000/- but while generating sales by item report it showing only Rs.430000/-. Here I guess that it is displaying only the receipts generated in sepcified month. The receipts which hold previous month date has the specified month payment date will not display here. kindly provide us that feature

  14. Sale history graph of individual products/items

    Be able to click on sales by item report and then drill down into a particular item to be able to see the sales history of that item (ie SKU) in a graphical format - with an interval setting eg, daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly. This will help businesses quickly see the sales growth/decline of different products.

    Need a report to show open orders in the system and then to be able to filter it by sales person. Current report only show orders that have been invoiced.

  16. Introduce simple scheduling of reports

    It would be good to have the ability to simply schedule the production and distribution of a report to the report user.
    An example - it would be good if I could simply schedule a Sales by Sales Person report to output via PDF, XLS etc. to my staff every Monday for the previous week. This would allow them to easily track their progress without having access to the entire reporting module.

  17. I need a lab reporting tool

    Lab reporting tool where in i can input values for an item/test conducted in the lab. A simple report which shows test/item name, observed value in the lab, required value as per specifications, test method used, results or remarks. A section for explainations with pictures from my gallary and conclusions.

    Digital signatures by 3 levels of officers.

    Integration with Invoice.

    So that the lab report plus its invoice can be emailed to the client.

    If you develop the above you will kill much of your competition.

  19. Improve "Time to Get Paid"

    This report could be very useful, but at the moment it is pretty useless. It has no customization options available. The worst part is that column headers (0-15 DAYS, etc) just don't relate to anything. IF those were adjustable then people could change the report to reflect their businesses payment terms.

  20. Been Able to choose more fields in Account Receivable Reports

    It is very important and easy to add more fields when custom one of the reports.
    Fields like City or State in the Custumer Balance Summary is basic, same in aging sumary.
    I need to have a report where I can filter or export to Excel how much money per City clients owe me. Make this report it is very dificult. Add few columns to this report will fix this issue.
