add more functionality to Custom Templates
It would be great if there were more functionality added to the custom template option. It is very limited, and the editor has many bugs. Features such as customizing fields, changing their orientation on the page, flipping the page vertically to allow the same items to be reflected on the other side of the page, and supporting adding multiple languages for the same field.

Allow E-Signatures for Invoices
Please allow CUSTOMER e-signatures on INVOICES. Currently you only allow customers to sign the estimate but not the invoice? Seems a bit counterintuitive if your business doesn't create estimates for your existing customers.

Customizable Import Field Identifiers
When importing invoices, I'd like to be able to choose which field is the unique identifier they should be associated with.
I have client accounts with the same name but with unique account numbers. The platform I use to process orders/generate detailed invoices requires the legal entity name on the account so we differentiate the sub-accounts/departments by account number. This creates an issue when importing and I'm unable to edit the unique field identifier.

comments be updated to include the email address on reminders
Include the email that payment reminders are sent to in the comments. When you send out an invoice it shows who it was emailed to, add this same variable to the comment created when payment reminders sent out.

format for INVOICE
the format of invoice for each entity is different. the style, size, color and placement of logo and other mandatory fields like date, invoice number, HSN code etc.
Pls allow for option to customise the standard formats / templates available in zoho books.
Introduce placeholders for each field. Each of these can then be modified for its placement, shape, size, color etc etc.Once done, this can be saved by the user for future use. Makes it standard and unique for each business.

for service providers , It is better to enter the details for the time period services are rendered rather than one single date .Hence will be helpful in sales reports too

Hope on the zoho books could add a feature in Sales Orders that could tranfer bulk invoice but without mixing everything on 1 invoice.
We really need that option cause they have differente shipping address and orders so cant be quiet annoying transfered 1 by 1.

Allow individual timesheet entries to appear on invoices
I work with a lot of lawyers, who always want to see exactly how time is kept when I work on a file. An option to post all timesheet entries with my notes on invoices would really help automate legal workflows.

Allow return of inventory item on sales invoice or order directly without having to issue a credit memo.
It is cumbersome to create a separate credit memo against an open invoice especially in a POS situation. Should allow customer to return items on same sales receipt (and especially if there is no prior sales order to return it against).
