  2. Statement import with Categories & Ability to edit transfers between accounts

    Hi there! It would be incredibly great for the majority of Zoho Books Users if you update the following:

    1. Import of bank statements in csv- or xls-format with an additional column "Category", so that categories are being set up automatically too. As it is for Payee, Date, Reference, Description fields etc.

    2. Enable to edit categorized and matched transactions which are transfers between different bank accounts. In particular, when these accounts have different currencies:

    • ability to edit the date (money from one account to another can move for several days, so such transaction usually have different dates of sending/receiving for Payer…

  3. Allow for the customisation of Zoho Books Notifications such as when a customer accepts a cost estimate

    Currently the notifications sent by ZohoBooks when a customer performs an action (e.g. accept estimate) are not customizable. Please can you enhance these notifications by allowing for the customisation of alert templates?

  4. Workflow based on customer activity

    The workflow automation is making life easier – so thank you for that!
    It would be nice to have the option of automating emails based on the customer activity. What I mean by this is that if the customer has not bought anything for i.e. 6 moths than the system can send an automated email.
    This would make keeping in touch with customers so much easier!

  6. Ability to call Custom Functions from Custom Buttons

    We have written several Custom Functions that work in the Automated Workflows, but some of these we also use for Custom Buttons so they can be called on demand.

    Right now, even though it's the same code, we have to manually copy and past the complete code into the Custom Button. This can lead to problems if the code is updated and we forget to update all the custom buttons.

    Solution: Provide a way to call the Custom Function from buttons, for example if we name the custom function "po_userevent" call it from the button by doing something similar to:

    Please allow reminder setup for tax dates. GST tax dates are so frequent that a small self-run business can find it difficult to track and remember.
