Track multiple sku's of an item
An item, say SJ PTO 115 may have different versions with different SKU's (due to different sizes, colors etc.) Right now, each of the different SKU's have to be created as different items in Zoho Books. It'd great if different SKU's can be created under the same item.

eBay integration for Australia Edition - It really is time this was done is there a schedule for this?
With eBay a major retail gateway in Australia it really is necessary to have a connection between the store and the inventory.

Include "Positive Stock on Hand" as a drop down option for "View By" items.
Having this as an option, you would be able to see what items you actually have on hand, not an entire list of all items ever added. This option would be extremely useful and should be easy to implement.

Add a report showing how "Cost of Goods sold" journals are calculated.
So you have journals hitting "Cost of Goods Sold" account but users do not have access to see the make up of that journal.
And there is currently no report for this.
The system is doing the calculation in the background, but users just do not have access to it.

Show Physical stock available for sale on order entry screen
When keying an order in BOOKS, the stock status is shown below the Qty field.
This number is often totally useless and causes false assumptions as it is showing accounting stock instead of Physical and the Available for Sale count, which is what matters. Unless you click on the link and drop down the field, then click on physical stock, you are looking at information that will lead you to tell your customer false information on inventory.4 votes -
Create inventory packages in books
Creating packages within books for both sales orders &/or Invoices would be ideal as it solves the problem of having warehouse staff seeing monetary figures (giving them access to packages only) & also saves the guys that enter details in books having to go into Inventory to do this !!

Warehouse add on. Either increase the number of warehouses at the basic level or charge a nominal fee to add more.
Increase the number of warehouses in the basic level of Zoho Inventory or allow the user to purchase more warehouses at a nominal fee. I need a warehouse for samples. I box the item which changes my raw materials count but it goes on a sample rack not into general inventory. I can still sell at a later date so I need a place to store them in the software. Thus a samples warehouse.

Take into account Committed Stock in Reorder Report
We have a longer shipping delay and a lot of orders coming in daily. We need the reorder report to include committed stock in order to be ahead of our inventory.
Example:
Items in stock: 50
Reorder point: 40
On Sales Order: 35 (Committed Stock)
On Purchase Order: 10That's 50 items in stock, minus 30 committed stock we're at 20 available stock.
I already have 10 on a PO so to get back up to 40 I would need to order 20 more.Basic inventory management equation:

Enable use of different SKU from uploaded barcode
When I try to upload barcode from my products to items, the imbedded SKU is populated for the item. But I have a different SKU system I use on Zoho Books.

Order fulfillment
I would like to suggest to show on the sales orders summary page, which sales orders have all items in stock or partially in stock and can be fulfilled.
