  1. allow option to switch books transaction templates in CRM

    when creating a zoho finance sales order in CRM we can't change the transaction template. Some times we require a signature and some times we don't but there isn't a way to switch like we can do with email templates.

  2. Secure way to send credit card details from CRM to Books

    My sales team does not work in books but will collect the credit card for new sales. ZoHo does not have a way to send this information over from the CRM to Books for the finance team to process.
    We can create quotes and estimates and even change those into invoices not sure why we cannot process credit cards.

  3. CRM-Books Sync Error Logs | More information needed

    When syncing CRM to Books, the error logs only have two columns invoice and error - which means everytime we look at the error log, we have to click on each error to see if it needs to be corrected. There is no way to remove these errors. I suggest you add the following:

    Company/Client

    Date of error

    All columns need to be sortable so we can see the most recent errors at the top and can sort by error or by the company or by date.

    If there could be a checkbox to "Disregard This Error" that would be…

  4. Option to add expense from books to a ticket in Zoho Desk, like Project.

    Provide an option to associate an expense created in Zoho Books to a Zoho Desk support ticket.
    Right now we can associate spending only with projects.

  6. Show custom statuses from Books in CRM view

    Customer Statuses, such as those on Sales Orders, cannot be viewed in CRM. This confuses users that work in CRM because it appears an action has not been taken, even though it has, and the custom status in Books added by Finance staff indicate this.

  9. GSTR 2A Mismatch

    While reconciliations with GSTR 2A, We cant add the invoice which has been Submitted by the Vendor in their GSTR 1 but have not "filed" it. This shall be changed and we should be allowed to add our Value. Due to this problem we are not able to file 3B.
