Timesheets should be offered merged features of Zoho books and Zoho People in one UX
Time recording in project-oriented organizations has three components. It integrates with project management, budgeting, costkeeping, and invoicing. However, the second aspect is finance, the cost of hours, and internal charging. The third component is HR, ensuring people correctly record PTO, vacation, and sickness and book all hours according to their contract or employee policies. Zoho is not doing a good job of integrating its three solutions. Their solution is fragmented and, therefore, incomplete and hard to implement. One user interface should bring the recorded data to three models and apply the rules of financial compliance and control. Also, people outside the organization who need to record time should be easy to add without a ZohoOne license
