How we work: we are commission agent “OTA – Online Travel Agency" usually, we purchase from the supplier once customers pay for us.

Our business nature:
As an online travel agency (such as Expedia.com), we integrated with several online suppliers. Customers book from our portal or by a call center, here we sell supplier products with our commission/Service fee/margin. So no need to enter two times for purchases and selling. So we need one window to enter the booking details.

VAT INCIDENT
1. Purchase from International suppliers: In this case, we don’t have any VAT on purchases but while we are selling we take our commission/Service fee, for the commission/Service fee we need to pay VAT @ 5%
2. Buy from Local suppliers: in this case, we have input on purchase amount and sales VAT on client net

Invoicing:
The final to Price to the customer should inclusive of VAT, and then in the invoice, we should split Selling Rate and VAT from NET Rate (without mention the NET Rate) to customers.
