It is compulsory for Indian Accounts standards for many companies to have a Proforma Invoice generation option in any Accounts Software. But sadly we couldnot see the same in Zohobooks, and we are struggling with Excel now to create a separate Proforma Invoice for our clients. Also note that when you include this new feature in upcoming versions, ensure that it is easily convertible to 'Invoice' as in Estimation. Proforma Invoice option is used by many companies for the purpose of giving an idea to its client about the total invoice amount and payment terms etc, before receiving payments, and the clients generally refer our PI for Payment Transactions. And once received 100% payment, this PI will be converted to Invoice and submit as final to the client.
