Mark up when creating Estimates
Add a mark up option when creating Estimates for each item. It should be entered by the user as a percentage value. The total cost of the item should be automatically updated based on the mark up value. It should be visible only to internal users and not appear in the final estimate.

Also being able to mark up an expense from the expense page and not having to go through the price list maze.
