add bookkeeper access to Books and Zoho One !!
I must give my contracted Accounting firm a login for Zoho Books. I must subscribe them to the complete Zoho One service in order to do this. This is ridiculous! Quickbooks and competing software allows one or two user-level access - for small business who contract accounting/bookkeeping! This is a standard included with single-user Quickbooks, it really needs to be available with Books and Zoho one. If I add access through Zoho One, my subscription cost triples what Quickbooks costs monthly. I attended the Austin Books training where it was stated that Zoho One license is great for small business. But only small business who contain their own accounting department?! This makes no sense! As a basic fundamental to the accounting software I've used, bookkeepers logins are INCLUDED with a single license. Zoho One and Books are missing this basic fundamental!!

I use a CPA with accountant access in my Quickbooks with another company to do my taxes every year, but with Zoho Books/One I am going to have to pay for a user account? This seems to be too much and I would prefer we are able to get an accountant login for them at no cost just like Quickbooks offers.

this I agree with 100%. I have a customer that uses someone to classify transactions from their bank statements part time, and then a CPA that needs access. This is something included with software packages, but with Zoho, we must purchase a license for two individuals for more than the accounting package even costs. That makes no sense. And we really should not have to give out our own passwords with unlimited access to the module.
