I am a small pharmacy retailer.I find it very useful.But For medical business,expiry date and batch numbers are mandatory for billing.
In your invoice templates,ther is no template useful for pharmacy.Because it is not possible to mention batch number and expiry date.

yes this is true. I bought ZOHO ONE for my pharmacy whole sale business. This is not suitable for batch number and Exp date tracking and Balance quantity maintaining. Then, my request ZOHO refunded full payment. Very genuine software. Otherwise that part ZOHO ONE is Amazing in this Cost. I like ZOHO ONE. I hope ZOHO will give the Proper Pharmacy Retail and Whole Speciality.

As these features are not available, we are compelled to shift the software to Marg. Otherwise Zoho is better.
