Auto: Bulk Exclude / Negative Transaction Filter sub-filter Rules

The ability to sub-filter Transactions, so then we can filter and Bulk apply 'Recognized Transactions. (or exclude UNCATEGORIZED TRANSACTIONS).
Filter based on any column/text that is readable (including details)
also includes the ability to sort any column
It would be great if we could create 'exclude' Rules, if there are transactions that we want to auto-exclude.

This seems like it would be easy to implement and is a very necessary feature.

For a company that is switching over to Zoho Books with a tremendous amount of banking transaction that need to be categorized this feature would save a tremendous amount of time. It would make categorizing subsequent transacations a breeze.
