Zoho Support Integration for Time & Portal
It would be great if the Books customer portal could allow Zoho Support integration to allow customers a one-stop-shop experience. For example when they sign into the portal now they can see invoices, estimates, projects, but how about open support tickets, or the ability to send a new ticket right from the portal. Also would be great if there was an option to capture time in Zoho Support and have that sync over to Books to be invoiced. I'm coming from a competitor's product that had one customer portal and everything was integrated. I love the Zoho suite but sometimes it seems like the products do not talk to each other easily.
