Mark UP in expense
There should be mark up option while recording on expenses . For exmaple , We purchased a service/product $10 and sold to our customer @15$. Both field should be present while recording expense.
Same is present in other online accounting software like quickbooks etc

Absolutely agree - it's almost like Zoho wants to make it difficult for businesses to make money... there is a "Discount" column, but no "Markup" column...hmmm...

yes and will be perfect to chose if you want to charge a fixed amount or a %. For example i always charge 10% and for some customer 5%
