  1. please add Payment Gateway API integration

    I have First Data Merchant account which uses the Payeezy gateway. They have an API available. Is it possible to use ZOHO Books with my payment service? Thanks

  2. Don't require CVV/CVC entry when adding Credit Cards. Most Credit Card processors do not require it but ZOHO does unnecessarily.

    When entering customer Credit Cards, Zoho allows for making many fields "non required", however it forces the CVV/CVC number as required. That should be user definable. Most Credit Card processors including the one we use (Stripe) do not require this field. I see no reason Zoho should require it unless the user wants it required. In our case, it is going to cause us to have to contact over 1000 customers and ask for their CVV/CVC number.

  6. Charge customer with card on file in mobile app

    It would be beneficial to be able to charge the customer for an invoice using a card on file in the Android/iPhone application just like we can in the web interface.

  7. Add a payment gateway in books app to take credit card payments on pending invoices

    we keep getting duplicate sales when we take credit card payment in store which is attached to an invoice.

  8. Give Books the option to charge back billing or past due invoices in bulk.

    From a collections standpoint it would be much more efficient if there was a way to take care of past due invoices in one charge instead of having to charge each invoice separately. Currently there is not an option to "catch up" an overdue account with one credit card charge. You have to charge for each invoice individually. This is time consuming as you are not allowed to charge the card only once every hour.

  9. "sales order" online payment

    Allow customers to prepay a sales order via an online "pay now" button linked to an email template, similar to what's available now with an invoice.
    Our customers will not take the time to log on to the portal and so the only way we can automate the payment process is to send them an invoice, even though we may not have yet shipped the order. All our product is custom made-to-order, so there is always a 2-3 week "wait" from the date the order is placed and the date the order is shipped. It's sloppy bookkeeping to have sales…

  11. Allow for multiple bills to be paid by 1 ACH payment (like you have with checks)

    Currently, you can add multiple bills from a vendor to pay with one check. We need this feature to allow payment via ACH as well.

  12. multiple currency invoice for braintree

    Braintree currently only supports a single currency even when the account support multiple one.

    Could you please have this updated so customers can pay in a currency of their chossing.

  13. Enable Bitcoin payments through Coinbase gateway

    I would love for my customers to be able to pay me in bitcoin. Coinbase would be ideal as an available gateway. As a tech service company,m\y inability to accept bitcoin hurts me

    Quickbooks does this already. It's the one feature that i miss from them.

  14. I'd like to change the WePay fee from payer (default) to payee.

    My clients have agreed to pay the transaction fees for credit card payments and I would like to be able to make this change to the integrated WePay payment option.

  15. Allow posting to several accounts when writing checks.

    When writing checks that do not go through AP, it would be helpful to allow several accounts to be posted. Example, payroll wires need to be separated between Salary, payroll tax and payroll liability accounts. All other accounting software has this feature. Thanks

  16. make the payment options button better

    The button for payment options on a retainer invoice or invoice is not very well designed. I suggest you redesign it to make it more obvious and clearer to a customer that they should click there to pay online. A better CTA.

  17. Referrals

    Hello Team,

    I would like to have an option to add an additional type of contacts i.e. Referrals. This will allow is to keep a tab on payments that we are giving out to people who refer a client our business and record the transactions easily.

  18. PLEASE ALLOW PARTIAL PAYMENTS ON RETAINER INVOICES

    PLEASE ALLOW THE SAME FUNCTIONALITY TO ALLOW FOR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS TOWARD RETAINER INVOICES THE SAME AS THEY CAN FOR REGULAR INVOICES. WITHOUT THIS FUNCTIONALITY I AM SEVERELY HANDICAPPED AS MANY OF MY CLIENTS LIKE TO LOG IN AND MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS TO THEIR OPEN ORDERS ALONG THE WAY. SINCE IT'S ALREADY FUNCTIONAL FOR A REGULAR INVOICE I CANNOT SEE WHY WE CAN'T DO THIS FOR RETAINER INVOICES!!!!!

  19. Create Customer Receipts that Connect to Items

    There needs to be a feature to process Customer Receipts that are connected to items. None of my members will receive an Invoice. Therefore, I will not need to receive a payment based on an invoice. As other systems allow for processing of receipts for a sale/service/event, it would be helpful to have this in Zoho.

    Additionally, if one is selling an item, they would not process an invoice first. It would be a sale, attached to the specific items/categories listed, and then receipt of payment. I am using this system for a choir, and it is necessary to tract…
