  1. Post dated cheque due reminder

    When we make payment to vendors and if there is partial payment by post dated cheques, it will be good to have a PDC due reminder as the moment u make the payment the date of payment will be the date of creating only

  2. Pass Stripe Transaction ID into Payment record in Zoho Books

    In the system I'm migrating from, every transaction has the transaction ID attached to the record, whether it's via Stripe, PayPal, etc. This is absolutely necessary! Just last month I had to go in (to my current system) and sort out some incorrect charges/payment, and the only way to find the correct records was by comparing the transaction ID. I have several monthly recurring invoices at the exact same price. As a workaround, what I'm going to do is make sure they are all recurring on different dates (as some currently are on the same day, same amount, and only…

  3. Allow for multiple bills to be paid by 1 ACH payment (like you have with checks)

    Currently, you can add multiple bills from a vendor to pay with one check. We need this feature to allow payment via ACH as well.

    We would like to see implemented installment payments.

  5. Charge customer with card on file in mobile app

    It would be beneficial to be able to charge the customer for an invoice using a card on file in the Android/iPhone application just like we can in the web interface.

  6. Give Books the option to charge back billing or past due invoices in bulk.

    From a collections standpoint it would be much more efficient if there was a way to take care of past due invoices in one charge instead of having to charge each invoice separately. Currently there is not an option to "catch up" an overdue account with one credit card charge. You have to charge for each invoice individually. This is time consuming as you are not allowed to charge the card only once every hour.

  7. I'd like to change the WePay fee from payer (default) to payee.

    My clients have agreed to pay the transaction fees for credit card payments and I would like to be able to make this change to the integrated WePay payment option.

  8. Make partial payments option available as a global setting

  9. Apple Pay for supported gateways

    Strip and Braintree both support ApplePay in Safari for iOS and macOS Sierra. I would love to see integration of this into Zoho Books payments. So many of my clients first see their invoice on their iPhones. It would be so much easier if they could just pay in a couple of taps.

  10. UPI payments

    India specific payment by which we can receive payments using UPI which is the most simple way to receive payment.

  11. enable multiple currencies

    For companies that use multiple currencies, maybe having items in a different currency than their transactions and invoicing, etc. I believe this idea has been posted for several specific needs, but in general it's enabling invoices for a single client in multiple currencies, having prices for items in different currencies, etc.

  12. The ability to swipe credit cards

    The ability to use a card reader to swipe credit cards. That way I can process my customers quickly and I won't have to use a third party app

  14. Payment Plan Invocies

    Allow invoices to be raised on a payment plan. invoice is raised, revenue is shown in Zoho Books at the time it was created (accrual accounting) and a recurring payment scheduled periodically using Zoho subscriptions.

    PayFast.co.za is a South African based payment gateway and we would like to be able to integrate this into Zoho Books as most of our customers make a bank transfer and PayFast.co.za is able to accomodate this feature.

  16. make it possible to store credit card data via tokenization for clients the same way you currently store that data for recurring transaction

    We bill hundreds of client each month for orders they place with us for a variety of products that varies each time they place an order. Since these are not recurring transaction and are unique, we need a way to store the credit card data encrypted and tokenized with our payment gateway (PayPal Flow Pro) so we can select a stored card and use it to pay their invoice when we generate the completed sale. It's urgent and something many, many businesses would need to successfully manage their client base payments.

  17. Ability to set a default payment option for online payments.

    When multiple payment methods are accepted, (eg Credit Card, PayPal) we need the ability to set a default for the customer online payment experience. If a customer decides to pay online via the link supplied to them in the Invoice email, currently PayPal is selected by default. 99% of my customers will pay via credit card, so that's an additional step for them. Additionally, I wish to encourage payment via credit card since my business receives a better transaction fee for CC over PayPal.

    So either Zoho is pushing PayPal as the preferred option, or it's random, but either way,…

  18. Integrate more payment gateways like CC Avenue, Payfort and more

    It's getting real costly! All your payment providers support only US transactions. This means more costs for us. We would really appreciate if you can integrate payment providers from the Middle East or even India. This could help a lot of us.
