  1. be able to choose for an item to go into liability instead of sale or expense.

    We have to collect gratituity tips from customers and pay them out to workers but that money should be going into liability account not as income and i have to manually move it through journal entries and it's a pain. Most accounting programs let you add an item straight into liability.

  2. Allow better reading of .csv information from quickbooks

    Allow me to import all of my inventory data from quickbooks enterprise solutions.
    -Item Name/Number
    -Manufacturers Part Number (MPN)
    - Unit of Measure (U/M)
    - Description on Purchase
    - Description on sales
    - Cost
    - COGS Account
    - Preffered Vender
    - Sales Price
    - Income Account
    - Asset Account
    - Reorder Point (Min.)
    - Max to order
    - Quantity on hand

    Also easily editing multiple items at a time would be very helpfull. Like using an excel program within the item list.

  3. Set a minimum price for Items.

    show a warning sign if after the discount, the selling price is below the minimum price that was set.

  5. The ability to add time activity to a client and not have to add a project profile.

    When logging in time I am forced to create a project, I think it would be easier to just add a client and make it billable to a project.

  6. item groups

    Hi Reshma, Grouping items helps in adding different discounts % to different customers and different discounts % groups to same customer. Without grouping feature applying a % discount to select Items is not possible. It has to be done manually & could be error prone. Same with GST too. At least 1 level of Item grouping is absolutely essential.

    delivery hsn code is showing but when print the challan hsn code is not showing below the item description please add the HSN code by default as invoice

  10. Include how to show "Director's Sitting Fee" receipts in GSTR 3B

    There is Utter Confusion whether Director's Sitting Fee Receipts to be shown as Outward Supplies under 3.1 in GSTR3B and if so, under (a) or (b) or (c) - should be under (a) I feel. But then how the tax payable by recipient under Reverse Charge will be accounted for.

  11. Link email correspondance to an Item

    I would like to be able to archive all emails relevant to an Items sale so that in future I can look up an item and see all email history on relevant to it.

  12. I would like to add cost to items already created

    I create items when my supplier invoices me. However, the transportation bill comes from a different company like one month later. Then depending on the sale I make there are different costs involved. So If I could keep adding costs to a particular item, I would be able to figure out the total cost of that product which would be very convenient.

  13. BS account mapping for Service Sales

    This is a simple enough one. While mapping the account for a service, the system allows only the P&L items of Revenue nature. While there are certain business cases where a BS item should be used. (Accrued Sales)
    Hence please enable this feature.

  17. Edit option for"item "s important to mange inventory.

    after saving the item specification we are not able to edit the item.I any manual error happened then we are not able to use the same specification and not able to manage the inventory as well. please discuss and do the needful... Sharon-7904673323
