1. vitamins and lymphoma

   There have been studies performed, including one at Sloan Kettering, which show a possible connection between supplements for Vitamins B6, B12, and D with increased risk for lymphoma and especially leukemia. Has anyone's oncologist ever mentioned this? I take D on my GP recommendation and B12 for anemia. The B12 seems to really help the anemia. Vitamin B6 is not one I take and no multivitamins. I try to take only minimal multiples of MDR and not megadoses, though megadoses of B12, which is water soluble, are reportedly safe since any extra passes out through the urine. This could be a real game changer if accurate. During the decade before diagnosis I was a real health nut and very careful what I ate, was at my ideal weight, got lots of exercise, and took supplements every day. Could that have been my downfall? My job required constant worldwide travel and long hours so I thought I was protecting my health but may have been doing just the opposite. Has anyone looked into the negative effects of supplements? I suppose another culprit could have been radiation in airplanes. I am a million miler several times over. I am concerned about this because I want my son to avoid any such mistakes. Like his Dad he is a road warrior. It's an unhealthy lifestyle.

5. Rollback fonts on desktop/web app

   Zoho changed the fonts and line spacing in an "update" last week. However, this has resulted in wasted screen real estate (white space), it looks like everything is zoomed in, there is too much scrolling and the font looks blurry.

   I used to love the old font and the 'business tool' look of the application, and it is one of the things that drew me away from Xero. However, I think they are now trying to look like Xero. Big mistake!

8. Pain in the lower body!

   Hi, could rebooting process cause any unknown pain in thighs, the area under belly, lower back, testicle..?
   In my first streak which lasted two weeks I felt a little ache in those parts in the second week but I wasn't sure if it is because of the rebooting process or because I had lifted some heavy stuff... Now I'm on the second week of my second streak and I feel it is happening again!

10. E8 400MM Stainless Automatic Gate Opener how to automate?

    Just got done installing this unit at my home, with the dual arm gate. Works flawless! Love it, highly recommend for the price point. Now... The real question is, how do I automate this bad larry!? Control box seems to have a million options and ports just wondering what to use and what device to make it work. Figuring a window sensor to let me know when the gate is being opened and closed and some sort of on/off switch to make the gate actuate?

    Currently using the key pad with cards and pin codes and also the IR remote that works off the IR controller in the box. Here it is on amazon to get a better idea.

    I live in Canada where cannabis is legal. I tried CBD and didn’t notice much difference. Later I tried small doses of THC oil (0.2 ml) just before bed. I don’t like being high so kept the dosage small. Eight hours later I’d wake up feeling what I thought was still being somehow high. Eventually I realized I wasn’t high, it was just how people were supposed to feel after a good night’s sleep.

    I’ve continued to use the same dosage several times during the day and find it helps me with mood, nausea (from too much exertion) and an ability to observe rather than invest in pain. It doesn’t do anything for PEM, so the usual caution applies about feeling better and then trying to do more.

    I need advice on how to set up the financial system for a group of companies dealing in property investment. Each company is holding a property (rental or a property being developed).     Good morning, our Jabsco water pump model #31750-0000 (3.7GPM) needs to be replaced.
    Having a hard time trying to find one in stock.
    Left an email with the manufacturer hoping that they have a similar model replacement. Really do not want to re-plumb the piping.
