    This is very bad. We need to be able to utilize that credit we applied through Journal.

    How is it possible that this critical piece of developement has been completely missed by ZOHO ?

    Highly critical for many businesses and scenarios where this can come are are plenty

    1. Dealing with a large customer where invoicing done to individual department but payment is done by a parent account.

    2. Dealing with Sub-Dealers of a business/trade who have their own customers. So, invoices are for the customer. But money is paid by the Sub-Dealer.

    3. SaaS tenants with their customers

    And I can go on...
    .

    But is someone going to take this up seriously.
