This Option will be great add for the Zoho books, I suggest to make a link between CRM and Books or People and Books with the Employee informations and you can add all the EE under setting while i make expenses I can choose which this process for customer or employee if I choose for employee the drop down list will appears with all my employees then I can choose one of them after that as advances I can choose from another drop down list reasons ( Payroll, rent, housing, transportation, etc) I can creat this list from accounting ...
