    This sales by State report would be really useful for things like State taxes etc. I tried to export the entire back up and pull out the info I needed and still wasn't able to condense it enough to be useful. I exceeded Excels maximum cell count in a table and had to remove a lot of unnecessary columns to retrieve the info required.

    For record keeping purposes, it would be much better to have 1 report to check for a breakdown of invoices elements such as shipping charges, sales tax, product amount, with filters for shipping country, shipping state and shipping city.

    Zoho, you added Closing Balance and Difference and the Save Reconcile for Later button to the fixed position on the bottom! That's so awesome! But what about the Cleared Amount? Can that be added too? Pretty please?! And as always, thank you!

    You can search by amount in Advanced search already for invoices or in any of the sections like purchases expense etc... just click the magnifying glass to access the Advanced search. It's a lifesaver!!

    (1) This would be great if we could modify the quantity of the items as well.
    (2) Ability to split a packing slip into multiple packing slips. For example, we have one invoice that is shipped in 12 boxes and we want to show which sizes/quantities are in which boxes.
